I was very disappointed, aggravated and upset that I made an appointment online for the works, and added that I wanted a 100,000 service routine also completed. Upon arrival, after taking time off work, I repeated multiple times about completing the 100,000 service items. When my car was finished, I had to back to service wondering why I was not charged for the spark plugs. Come to find out, all that was serviced was and oil change and repair on a tire. Now, I have to take another day off work to have completed what was supposed to have happened the first time. Lack of communication (listening to the customer) and follow thru was prevalent. Poor service rep.

New car team is amazing. Service depatment is hoorible. I have puchased two new cars in last 16 months. Again took car for simple oil change today had a 930 apointment. 3 hrs later car is ready no apologies or nothing they all have attitude like they are doing you a favor. Why make an apointment? This is my 5th bad experience with the service team and i am not one to complain. They will kill your business someone please train these poor folks on customer service and proper attitude. 3 customers sitting with me had similar experiences

Vehicle was returned with rear seat up and front passenger seat forward, had to put vehicle back together after it was left this way from the technician. Very unprofessional.
