they allow you to make appointments, but do not stick to them because they take walk-ins as well as appointments. They will knowingly prioritize a walk-in and delay your appointment time and expect you to wait. I would not recommend making an appointment here unless you’re OK with waiting 20+ minutes possibly to get in the chair.

Omg. They are so dirty. First off. I asked for tips with gel. She said 75 dollars. I thought it was normal price. They don't sanitize their equipment. Don't use paper towels when working on you which is nail dust everywhere in the table on you. I had a cuticle cut, she used glue to stop it from bleeding. I was irate. I wanted a cats eye design, she said 15 dollars more. And she said she did a manicure includes in price. Hell no did she do a manicure. She said yeah, I cut your cuticles, lol that's not a manicure and should be included as part of the nail tips. Omg. Then after she put my nail tips on. She sent me to another girl to finish them. So I had to tip both. Terrible experience. I paid 100 dollars. And the place was empty on a Saturday afternoon. Hmm I wonder why. This place was so filthy.

I have tried so many nail salons in Saint Clair Shores, and none of them compare to the consistent quality I get at Royal Nails! Their pricing is extremely fair, and they have a huge selection of regular polishes and the gel polishes to match! I regret it every time I go somewhere else. It doesn’t matter who you get at Royal Nails, they are all great!

Have been here multiple times and the price seems to go up and up the more i go and i get the same service. Was charged $75 today for work worth maybe $50 very disappointed. Only place that charges so much and i will not be back.

This place is dirty! The tools they use are never put into the blue formaldehyde. It doesn't matter if you are having a pedicure or getting your nails done.Take a look at the acrylic that separated you and them. Look at their station. Even first thing in the morning. So that tells me they don't clean before leaving the night before.Was asked if I wanted a manicure. The bowl was filthy.Place needs a good cleaning every night.

I’ve gone here a few times… Male owner is VERY rude from the time I called and made the appointments to the time we left after we were done…nail techs are nice but that isn’t reason enough to go back.Service: Pedicure
