I brought my 2001 Volkswagen Beetle in while I went away on vacation, and the experience was outstanding. The team was incredibly accommodating, even taking into account the time zone difference to keep me updated throughout the process. Their communication was consistent and reassuring every step of the way. When I returned, my 2001 manual Beetle felt like it had just rolled off the showroom floor—truly like brand new. This was my first time using their services, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care and service.

Rick at the front desk and the rest of the team took great care of me and my vehicle. They seemed to be straight forward about everything. Highly recommend their service as long as it continues to hold up! Don't expect it to be cheap though! I paid $2200 ish for a thermostat housing, intake manifold, valve cover, and ignition coil pack, and general vehicle and brake inspections out the door. It is nice they have financing options I will say.

HVAC fan not working. Determined to be the fan motor under the dashboard. Fan motor replaced with Mfc OEM. Was kept updated on repair status.
Fair/reasonable costs. Definitely recommend Shores Car Care
