It's a smaller storage facility, but its big on a descent place. The owners are super nice and keep it very clean. I noticed they even spray for something all around the units. I would not hesitate a second to recommend this place to anyone

Honestly, one of the best storage facilities out there in Windsor! It’s my second time using access storage and both of those times, I’ve had a great experience. The booking process was very simple, just go onto their website, choose the storage type, location and price and a rep will call you back to confirm your booking. The branch always responded to my inquiries quickly and in a very friendly manner. All the pricing was informed to me upfront which led to no surprises. I also got the first 4 weeks free. This particular branch is very clean and secure.
I’ll definitely be choosing access storage again in the future.

(Unit 23)The facility is easy to access as well as drive around to exit and it was very clean when I received it. The staff are great to work with! The pricing of the units is fair and they often offer wonderful discount rates.

I had a fantastaic experience. I have nothing bad to say.
Kudos to the staff for always answering my questions and being so kind. For instance, when I was moving out of the storage yesterday, the pleasant lady on site asked if I needed another hand. She also gave me two bottles of water (which I needed because, man, it was a hot sunny day)! Thank you!
Overall, my experience here was good, from the kind and professional staff, to the seamless operations—everything was good.
