The auto wash malfunctioned twice in a row ($17 each time) for me and took my money. Nobody answers the phone to resolve the issue.

Ordered the wash pass but couldn't use it because the app was outdated and not compatible with my phone (wouldn't even let me download). So that was a waste of money. Also the recent price increase on the quarter car wash makes me not want to bother. Definitely contacting my bank to get charges reversed.

Go to superior down the street this place sucks. Card has been overcharged multiple times, times way to short on vacuums. Car wash system was broken sprayed soap on car even when on rinse cycle left with suds all over vehicle. Went down the street and got it done right THE FIRST TIME. Save yourself the time, stress and money and head down the street to superior.

I made the unfortunate choice to stop here to try and wash off my car. Lost about 0.75$ in one of the machines as it was jammed up with coins with no way to release them. Since the machine costs $2.50 to even start it and there's no way to contact anyone about it, lost that money and had to start over with a new machine. The seconds countdown on the machines is also way faster than actual seconds, so had to pay more to extend the time just to make sure I could soap and wash my car. $5+ dollars later and my car still has dirt and a leftover residue on it from the soap. Don't use the tire cleaner either, it somehow made my tires dirtier. Defo won't make this mistake again.

It's okay they need to fix their alerts on their self-serving car wash or else you get charged another 2.50 to restart it all over again they should address the issue and I would give it a higher score ? other than that I would go elsewhere

Decent place, my wife likes the touch less auto option they have. It does a pretty good job for a touchless.

Adequate performance, but way too expensive for just an automated car wash; especially when you still have to buy a towel to properly dry the windows, etc.

I wouldn’t have rated so low until I got no response for a huge double charge. I went one night and my monthly pass would not load so I tried to just buy a single wash. My card got an error message twice so I gave up and left. I then found two charges for 17 dollars the next day. After sending two messages, to the contact in their phone app, I have not had any response on resolving this. I will not be using this wash again.

Went to the Automatic car wash, the one on the right, put in credit card, wasn't sure if it was working. Swiped my card a few times But nothing happened, My card was charged for each swipe. And the wash bay never worked.l lost 28 dollars. Called telephone number related to business on a weekday, just rings, then hangs up, cannot leave a message. Unacceptable business practices!!

Complete and total waste of time and money. I spent 6$ and couldn't even finish my truck I had to leave with it soapy because I wasn't going to waste another 2.50 to spray the other half off. Will NEVER retry or recommend.

Pretty fancy place, has a self serve area with a handful of bays that you can use. There is also a automated wash available. The basic wash was $9 and you Park in the bay with the machine going around your car. It was quick and easy and would recommend to anyone.

First time through the automatic wash & bottom of driver door & rear door was still dirty. Thought it was a fluke but second time through was the same. I see another review with a pic of same issue now. Cant justify $8 for a wash that doesn’t get the whole car clean.

Went through the self-service. Machine took my money and the froze. I was unable to get a wash. I tried calling the number listed online tor the business but it just keeps ringing forever. Save your money and skip the this place.

Paid $10 for the auto wash and came out still dirty. Unacceptable. Waste of money! Will never go back.

I was a regular here since I live down the street. I regularly pull in to clean my car, vaccuum and wash it.... UNTIL someone came out and told me he took down my license plate number and told me to never come back because they "aren't a dump". I don't leave reviews, but this is the same business that has charged me multiple times for a single wash with no refund. I'll drive out of my way and take my business elsewhere to avoid being treated like that - which is exactly what I am going to do.
