I'm updating my review. My last appointment was over 2 years ago. I waited 2.5 hours and never received treatment. I was never billed. Fast forward last week I get a credit hit. It was for $650 from a collection agency in regards to st.claire ortho. I highly advise anyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon to stay clear of this place. They absolutely do not respect their patients. Wait times are horribly long past your appointment

The worst medical place ever. The doctor doesn't know what he is doing. Phones are awful. Don't go there for care or help? Waited 2 months to see Dr. Zingas, and it was a waist of time. He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know!

They are not respectful of your time. Great docs, but they clearly do not know how to tell or manage time here.
It's forty five minutes minimum after your appointment time that you are seen. Two hours for me today. Not cool when you rush to be here on time with only a fifteen minute window for a patient to be late.

Im just trying to understand why everytime I come in Early and On Time for my appts, there are people who go before me who have later appts. Example my appt is at 950AM, people who have 1015am, 1030am appts go before me and im still waiting in the lobby. And this is everytime I come in. Please help me understand. Btw its currently an hour later and I had to go to the desk to even ask when I was next. 40min later im still waiting in the room in the back still waiting on the doctor.

Have had multiple appointments with Dr Schramski, Dr Bergin, Dr Sidu, in addition to several physician assistants & nurse practitioners, & physical therapists. Everyone is excellent, I would not go anywhere else. Several doctors do trauma surgeries, which occasionally means waiting a little longer, well worth the time!

Very busy clinic & Very very long wait & then when I finally got seen the doctor didn’t spend much time with me as I’d of liked so I was kinda disappointed. I’m still having pain so I’ll try them again! Hope for a better outcome this time…

When I called, not only was I on Hold for 40 minutes. I hit the option of a call back and the woman was very rude. I refuse to go to an office like that. Said nevermind my appointment

Please GO Elsewhere if your looking for a New Orthro or Back Doctor! You will regret going here. I came in last November and was sent for an MRI due to a car accident. I have called numerous times over the months to schedule a follow up & schedule surgery but every time I call I wait on the phone until they close and am then hung up on.....UNTIL TODAY. Today an EXTREMELY RUDE lady named Lisa answered the phone and even though I explained the above she said she couldn't schedule me until I speak to billing (which was closed for the day-made the call at 4:45, Lisa took the call at 5:15). Lisa ignored my statements regarding my difficulty trying to get someone to answer the phone to my call and interrupted me trying to give me advice on how I can get my test results stating I don't need a doctor to see my results. Ignorant...Guess I can do the surgery myself as well to relieve my pain? Her rudeness and shortness was beyond the norm. I asked before SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME who the manager was and she said Kim (And calls are recorded so if management cares they would play back the call but I highly doubt Kim will call me regarding this issue as its been going on for 8 months, and I believe it to be purposeful). I BELIEVE THEY BLOCK YOUR NUMBER & NEVER ANSWER IF THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU- as my cousin was able to get right through and make an appointment after I was still on hold listening to music roughly 3 months ago). If you go here there is a chance you will be highly disrespected and ignored-so I wouldn't take it. I will post my phone bills when I get them showing the hour long calls over the months to this worthless call center just wanting someone to pick up....AND then today I finally get that AND AM HUNG UP ON? Completely unprofessional and childish (Lisa should be given a course on 'common courtesy and what NOT to do to patients calling in'. I will be filing a complaint on this medical practice to the State of Michigan to show the negligence of the girls in this 'call center'-as Lisa referred to it as. Save your time and Money-GO to Mendelson or another ORtho Practice in which Doctors set standards for their Office Girls.

Two separate treatment episodes, years apart, and they are horribly habitually late. They'll apologize every time. How about schedule less people? Make a little less?

I had one appointment with this physician a couple years ago. They did nothing for my issues. I've since started seeing a different doctor. Somehow they mistakenly booked me an appointment recently. They don't answer their phone so I couldn't sort it out. I reached out through their website. They left me a voice mail that they canceled MY appointment for hand issues. I don't have hand issues. I sure hope the person who made the appointment isn't turned away. Or maybe it's a blessing for them.

Absolutely the best. All the staff is top notch. You can tell they take pride in what they do and actually care about their patients. I would recommend them to anyone.
