I have been going here for 15 years. The staff is awesome!!!They have gone above and beyond their job responsibilities for me on MANY occasions. I think they're all great. Mel I have known since day 1 of me going there and she is just the sweetest, kindest human. Iappreciate all they have done for me. If I could give 10 stars I would! I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me over the years. I believe they truly care about their patients/customers. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

I am more than pleased when I switched to Ascension. The people there are always pleasant & if there's a problem with your rx they will take care of it. When I had an issue (after going back & forth with my drs office & not able to get the ppl to understand & remedy the problem) the pharmacist went out of her way to actually walk to the drs office (as it is in the same bldg but all the way the other end from the store) to fix the issue!! It was very much appreciated!In other pharmacies I've had to count my pain meds each time as there were times when I was shorted!Then there are those that give you a hard time about your rx because they know better & question your treatment!!I have used Walmart, Sam's, Walgeens & when speaking to others I have found out I am not the only one that have had issues &.surprised when hearing that others are in agreement about the rudeness!!I noticed some others coming about not being contacted if there is a problem with their rx, I totally understand & wish they did the text thing when there are problems or when your script is ready they can just text you, the corporate hasn't added that maybe in time they will especially if they read the reviews, but I'd much rather have the helpful & politeness of the employees here at Ascension!!Forgot to mention you need to adjust your days closed to change Saturday to closed on the internet.

Easy to get into, if you're handicapped. All the ladies that work with are super sweet. Just know they're closed on weekends. Wouldn't go anyplace else!

Wish they would notify you when there's a problem with your prescription then waiting for you to stop in and tell you your script is not ready. Happens often. They need a drive-thru, longer hours on Saturdays and open on Sundays. Confusing entrances Saturdays. I wonder how many customers they lose because people think it is closed.
