Just paid for a wash and it says hand dry, and I watched eight cars in my rearview mirror as they got dried and never dried a single car door or rear end of the car. When I pulled up I asked the man taking my money why are we paying for hand dry if you're only drying the top part of the car. He said my boss said to drive from the door handles up to safe time. I've been working here eight years and that's all we've ever done! I will not be going back the sign is a lie! I asked for the owners name and phone number. He said he didn't know it and he's worked at eight years.

Just paid 19$ for a wash and got home my car is not clean. I guess I should of washed it myself…. My tire on the back Is filthy.

Paid for a wash, nobody in line when I got there, and it looks like hardly anything was done. Towel dry person was too busy playing on their phone to even acknowledge me. Waste of money, and disappointing.

1st. time there and super busy Tuesday 2pm...must be a great place to go! $11.00 for the managers special and they even dry your vehicle off! Will definitely go back again

MUST READ……The wash is amazing, better then Mr. C’s. But let’s talk about their customer service, ITS HORRIBLE!!! That tall guy will walk up to your car and blank face you, don’t say hi or smile don’t even ask what you need he just looks at you. But my WYT friend told me about them and had all these great things to say…. I was even on the phone with her when I heard the smile in his tone, good afternoon how can I help you today, have a great day…. My husband, the lady I work for and myself don’t get that same treatment at all….. we don’t even get a hi…. So yea, wash our 2023 luxury vehicles for this lil $8.00 and no tip. ??♀️? and I will always go there because he probably feel away about us and that’s ok… keep feeling it….. you still gone get this $8.00 and I’m going to smile at you and that’s all you get….

Rude language from employee after missing wastebasket. Was confronted by employee and cursed at. Retrieved the napkin and returned to vehicle. Was confronted upon leaving business after apologizing to no avail. WILL NOT RETURN.Service: Vacuuming

I worked here way back in 2004 when it was 4 seasons car wash. I will always hold this place high on a pedestal because of the great quality washes to every car. Great managers and crew. I see it's undergone a new name and cool new look. But I'm sure it's still a really great car wash that will continue to make your car looking great.

I went here a few times after it opened, it's brand new and beautiful. I decided to get the unlimited monthly membership and I get at LEAST 3 washes a week. The staff is friendly and fast, the prices are competitive, and even when there's a line it goes by quickly. If you live or work in this area this is by far the best place to go for your car wash needs.

Went to this car wash for the first time this weekend and was very happy with how clean my car was after. The free vacuums were a nice touch too. Will definitely go back soon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
