The best workout. It's different every time. They give you a score which motivates you to challenge yourself. You also go at your own pace so its great for a variety of fitness levels. Trainers are super helpful and supportive.

Amazing work out! Great facility. Everyone is very nice and encouraging. Was laying face down on the floor for over half of the work out but still burned more calories then any work out I've done this year.

I love it! I knew I would be hooked after the first class. I have been going consistently for 2 months. I am stronger and getting more flexible. I bought a 6 month package. If I can do this- you can too!! Try the free class if you’re thinking about it. And then come back at least a few more times to really get into how it works. So great and fun!!

Amazing people. Great workout. Not for the faint of heart. I highly recommend it. It is unlike anything I've tried. First workout I've ever truly enjoyed. Super creative and hard as heck.

This workout has quite literally changed my life. after switching between various workout class options, including CrossFit and cardio kickboxing, I have found something that keeps me interested, engaged, and challenged no matter how fit I think I am. I have lost 60 lbs in the last year of coming to Syphus, and have improved from 30% body fat to 13%. This is one of the most under-appreciated gyms in the Detroit metro area, and everyone who attends and stays with it is guaranteed to get their butts kicked, every time!
