My car is 25 years old. The Shop checked it out, gave me very fair prices for fixing what needed to be repaired. Informed me of possible work needed in future. Even threw in freebies, which are much appreciated. I would not hesitate to take my car back there. This is the second time we have had The Shop fix our cars and we will be back. They explain things, and don’t take advantage of women. I also like that you call ahead and set up an appointment so that your car is worked on sooner and not in the shop for weeks.

This place is the best all around hands down best experience I've ever had when it comes to auto repair the job they did was beyond my expectations could not ask for a better place the team they have their is very friendly and professional I will definitely be continuing business with them again great job . Update went back to get my rear heat working in my Dodge journey could not get the heat working did not charge me anything wish I could have got the rear heat fixed😞

Another great experience! I’ve had my 2021 Acadia to The Shop for 2 bigger repairs and also maintenance oil changes ect. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else for service or maintenance ever. Great people! Honest work.

Update: 1st repair to my 1998 Honda Accord was ok. The repair to my wife's 2014 Ford Explorer was $2,669.07 for a water pump and quick exhaust flex pipe repair. I feel like they took me to the cleaners on this. No upfront quote. Nick said he'd call back with one but didn't. The first time I'd talked to them they said $2000. Worst case scenario. I was sick to my stomach when they called and said it was done with a price of $2669.07. 2nd thinking my review here. A $2000. Is way different than a$2669.07. Sam's a good guy maybe the work he did on my car made him think that we have money like that...we don't, drained our bank account and credit cards

Another great experience!
This was my second time getting service done and the experience was great! This time I needed to use the night drop box , and it was easy to do, it was signed well and supplies were provided to fill out envelope.
The shop got my truck done pretty quick. The photos of what they had to do to my engine were neat to see and understand what they had to do.

Did great work and did it in a timely manner even with how busy they are. Great price on the exhaust they replaced on my car and gave me a great deal with my sway bar links. I will definitely come back for other work on this car and my others and will be recommending them to friends and family. Good to know there’s a shop that’s honest and does great work around here.

I work at the O’Reilly Auto Parts up the street on Harper, and I deliver to The Shop Complete Car Care, they are always on point and very knowledgeable, helpful and always get the job done right. You’ll see there’s always cars in his lot, as a lot of people know who to trust. He just worked on my Jeep Patriot, did a muffler, O2 Sensor, and Engine Oil Pan, and had me on my way, Sam is pretty cool and so are his mechanics. My car now runs way better again.
