Very cool store to look at! I do think the items are a bit overpriced. Otherwise good experience :) I go to antique stores on a regular basis and definitely higher than average.

When I stayed in the area I would frequent the local resellers quite often. I really liked this spot but hadn't been there in a few years. Today I visited the area and when I get to this shop, the guy behind the counter starts saying to me, "Oh I know you, your that guy who told me to hold something for you and never came back". I said, no you've got the wrong guy. Thinking they get multiple customers all the time, I figured no biggie, mistakes happen. Still, this gentlemen persisted so adamantly it just began to feel insulting. I'm a reseller/ collector myself and I WOULD NOT scam or welch on a commitment. I didn't argue I just left the store and for sure wont be back.

This place has a lot of really cool, really old stuff. From salt/pepper shakers to music to fine China, Time Warp has it all! I walked in out of curiosity when I saw it on a bike ride, and I was amazed. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee named Jason. He told me everything I needed to know, and was very polite and patient. I didn't have any money to buy anything this time, but I'll be sure to return with some cash another day.

i personally will never be back… the guy told me very rudely “we don’t take offers” after seeing some items i liked i gladly put them back. everything in this store is over priced, and you can’t move around there’s stuff all over the place. your better off going to a thrift store instead for a fraction of the price.

Very interesting shop. I enjoyed being greeted, and I got to pick a coupon from a basket. The energy is very welcoming, and the staff was knowledgeable about their inventory.

Vintage/ antique stores can be very hit or miss. There is nothing I hate more than giving a new one a try only to find its only stocked with grandma's glass ware that did sell in the estate sale. Time Warp has a little something for everyone. (Clothes, toys, pop culture, vintage Detroit items, sports collectibles). As someone else mentioned, the place is very well organized. the owners are very attentive and provide great service. The prices aren't outrageous either, which is not always the case when vintage shopping.

This place is amazing! I could spend hours wandering their aisles. And it's one of the best organized antique/retro stores I've ever been to. I'll be back!
