Like the sign says, Square Deal!My wife had an Escape we bought from Chris and his wife, who better to buy a vehicle than from your own mechanic that you trust? What was his wife's vehicle became my wife's and it never let us down. I drove a lot of Econoline E250 work vans over the years, used, mostly around 15 years old. Chris and I had a running joke when he would call me after diagnosing what ever problem there was..."Well Mark, its gonna be $950 bucks," he would say.Then I would laugh and he would laugh and both say, "Its always $900 bucks!"Of course, the actual price varied between $850 and $1250 on those sort of services. “I had a flat tire this morning going to work. I was riding through Grosse Pointe when I saw the auto repair shop to inquire on a tire to fix or repair. The mechanic CHRIS told me that even though he didn't have the tire size at the moment, he could order one for me within 2 hrs. He also gave me a very good price for the tire and I took the offer. “Listen, in these economic times a dollar doesn't go to far, but honesty does. This place was recommended to me by a close friend who's been using them for years. It would literally take me to long to explain how they could've told me it was this or that but after thoroughly checking it out, they said we can put new parts on here, but the car is in great shape and except for a little recommended maintenance down the road, the car is fine.
