“First off, I’d like to say that this location has always been the most kind bunch of people ever and I’d appreciate all of them so much.
I ended up buying a new car last year and this was my second oil change. I couldn’t get a chance to get it to the dealership for their services and I didn’t want to wait a day for it to get done or however long it was for me. I ended up going to Uncle Ed’s for my oil change. Automatically, I was greeted and pulled in immediately to get everything started.
Terrance(the manager) was so chill and so nice and we had good conversation and laid everything out and how much it’ll be. There was a deal for a oil cleaner and a gas cleanser going on and I automatically said yes(new car, had fuel injectors cleaned on this thing once before..never want it to happen again.) so I figured I’d do it. Destiny, the other tech is so sweet and she and Terrance did everything for me.
I needed my cabin air filter and my normal air filter replaced. I thought my car was gonna be an easy “pop out glove compartment, maybe a few screws” situation but NOPE. They basically had to pull everything apart to get to it. Mind you, it’s hot af outside and everyone’s sweating and it’s a god awful humid day out, both of them fought with everything for a good minute to get everything to access my cabin air filter. I kept apologizing because I didn’t realize how much work it truly was, and they were so understanding and kept telling me it’s okay.
Destiny and Terrance, if you see this you have no idea how much I appreciate you guys. Thank you for being so sweet and understanding towards me, and thank you Destiny for fixing me back up again. You guys were struggling and you kept fighting. The dealership I went to was a little bit cheaper in the oil change price, but they lost my business. I will be coming here from now on to get everything they can do done. They’re honest and wonderful individuals, and I will gladly pay a little bit more because of what they did for me today.”

“This is the best place to get your oil changed, and they are fast and friendly and check the air in your tires and all your fluids and I even had a problem with my windshield washer spray working and he lift the hood and fixed it for me in five minutes and I’m so grateful I can see out a clean window again. “When my serpentine belt came off, I had my car towed to a nearby shop since I couldn’t drive it. They quoted me $2,300 in repairs, which didn’t seem right. I had it towed to American Car Care, my trusted mechanic, and they fixed it for just $379. Most of what the other shop suggested wasn’t even needed. This isn’t the first time I’ve been overquoted elsewhere & they did the repair for half the price quoted. I’ll gladly pay for a longer tow to stick with the shop I trust.”

I can’t thank the team at Ford O'Brien enough for literally saving my peace of mind. After a nightmare experience at another local shop—where a simple tune-up left my car misfiring and ticking, and three failed return trips plus stops at other shops got me nowhere—I drove into Ford O'Brien without even having an appointment. I was honestly just hoping someone could do a quick ride-along with me to listen to the noise.
Instead, they went above and beyond immediately. Within seconds of hearing and looking at the car, they pinpointed the exact issue without even needing to hook it up to a scanner first. That kind of hands-on expertise, sharp intuition, and real visual/auditory diagnostic skill is so rare nowadays! They kept the car, fixed it right the first time, and now it runs completely smooth.
To top it off, they were unbelievably fair on pricing—no gouging whatsoever. My final bill was significantly lower than I expected.
