The employees are very friendly and prompt. The stores well organized. They have Sunday hours also which makes a difference.

The associates insisted that the package I had for an Amazon return wasn't good enough. According to Amazon’s return instructions, any box is acceptable, but they insisted it had to have an existing shipping label on it. They refused to accept my return and told me I had to buy an envelope for $2.99 for each package. I can’t shake the feeling that this was just an excuse to upsell me on envelopes rather than actually processing the return.

Everyone was very respectful in the store except for one worker name Dom he lost my package and wouldn’t answer me at all. He was very rude and that is someone that doesn’t need to be working in customer service at all

We had a package delivered here because it was expensive. My husband went in to receive it because it was signed by Don and when we got there no package. Supposedly if was put with the pick up packages. He took no responsibility and was rude. Wouldn't have had our package delivered here if would of known the workers were not responsible. The young man Darcell was helpful

UPS just bites.... time to switch back to FedEx. Your driver refuses to scan our packages. I am tired of driving them in for scans. Had two $7,000 shipments and had to drive them in. They wouldn't scan them even though they're insured. ZERO proof of pickup without a scan. I mean, that's why we're paying for your insurance! Switch to FedEx. Rates are great and you can negotiate with them. I had a nice conversation with the sales people and they were actually interested in our business, unlike UPS where we can't even get our rep to call us back. UPS is on borrowed time and I hope they go bankrupt. We're out and will only ship if our customer makes us do it.

I come here to ship packages all the time, everyone is always so nice and helpful. Today our printer at home decided to stop working but I knew I could get help printing at the store. The young man that helped me was so ungodly rude. Tried telling me it would “take forever” to print here, and I said okay. While waiting for me to email over the packing slip and shipping label, I listened to the kid literally sigh MULTIPLE TIMES. He tried telling me I didn’t send the email through 3 times simply because he had absolutely no paitence. As someone who works in customer service, this is the last person you would want interacting with your customers. I was made to seem like an absolute annoyance, left feeling absolutely horrible. All I was trying to do was return an item from our baby shower registry, and being 38 weeks pregnant, I felt I was treated absolutely horribly. Attached is the receipt with the workers name on it, something needs to change. I just wish I had waited for the other women helping, she was so nice to the people she was helping.

Jennifer was working by herself July 26th and was able to manage two registers and a ton of customers with zero complaints! She deserves huge recognition for working alone and running a business that's not hers.

This UPS store is amazing. I won't go to any other UPS store. The employees are all very efficient and friendly even when they are busy. I come here alot. Ashley is very nice and efficient. What a great employee. Keep up the great work everyone.
