5 STARS FOR THE STORE, 1 star for Verizon. For the 4th (and final) time I was lied to by agents at the Verizon call center, when they promised me something to get me to upgrade, only for me to be screwed when the device arrived.
Jordynn took great care in selling me the device that the call center assured me they'd be able to override something for me once I got my new device & plan. She was perfect. Today when I called Verizon to have them make the update that I was told they would do, I was told that it was not possible.
So I returned the device to the store today. Jordynn & her manager (who's name i did not get) took great care in making everything right for me, despite them knowing that I'm switching carriers tomorrow because of the lies and headache associated with trying to upgrade a device with these morons.

At the location, they’re great most of the time.
But I can’t call them directly anymore and I get this automated service that gives me the runaround: I wanna be able to talk to the person at the location I’m going to, that I trust and not some random person or location that I know nothing about, and that’s if I could even get to a person.

Sharman was great. Waited patiently on the tech support line with us even though his shift ended and made sure that our issues with activation were resolved. Kid deserves a raise

Bought my granddaughter an iphone 16 for Christmas and it stopped charging. Agent asked if it was within the 30 day time frame which it was. He tried charging which it wouldn’t with a charging cord. Then he said I should visit an Apple store at Partridge Creek which I did. Apple is repairing my granddaughter’s brand new iphone 16. Why ask if it was bought recently if you aren’t going to exchange it due to a defective product?

Okay store, depends on the sales person you get though. Was told that we could get phones for only $8 a month but when we actually went to do it it's $22 a month. Then they added on a bunch of extras I asked not be added to our account. I had to go in and remove all the add ons myself and disappointed it is going to cost me a lot more a month than I was originally told. Also tried to explain that their internet was better than fiberoptic internet and I didn't know what I was talking about. I have had really good experiences before but this last left a sour taste in our mouths probably won't be back next time we need an upgrade.

People were nice but the overall customer service was not so good. My in store visit experience was not the best either. Unless you speak up and take charge you may be waiting for a WHILE before someone speaks to you first. Also charging $30 dollars for an iPhone data transfer when a user can easily do it themselves is crazy and Verizon needs to make this service either free or $10 dollars max. Overall nothing bad against the employees etc just could use some improvement.

This place seems short staffed and wait times are long, BUT I recommend asking to see Chris. He went above and beyond to help me join on to my sisters line from another service carrier. He was knowledgable and thoroughly answered my questions and was super friendly and honest with us. He was not your typical sales associate, trying to sell extras we didnt need or want. He stayed with us until closing to make sure my phone was good to go and set up, all while trying to bounce between assisting others in the store. Our experience with him made the transition smooth. He is stellar.

Very disappointed in the service here. Really seems like the employees either don't want to work or are trained to deflect and turn you away. Super nice before I bought my phone and then not helpful at all after purchase. I had an issue with my phone and had to reset it twice for the same issue- brand new phone, every time I reset the phone works...sent me away because it was working briefly after my reset... not even 2 minutes after I left the store...the issue happened again on a brand new phone. What a waste of time being turned away after not even looking at my phone for 10 seconds! They want to nickel and dime you for everything and turn you away after the money is paid. Been a long time customer and I'm very disappointed.

I don't no everyone experience but my experience was very professional and everyone was very helpful after coming from AT&T which was a very very horrible experience for 2 months after selling my family defective phones so am very pleased so far with the service at Verizon.

After a bunch of text saying I qualify for an upgrade, I came to this store to make the deal happen. Once I arrived I was informed that Verizon doesn’t take refurbished models (That was a lie as I confirmed it on the phone with a technician later) and then they were attempting to sell me a second line to get a “free” iPhone as long as I use the phone once a month. Who needs 2 phones? I’ve been in sales long enough to see what’s happening here and I don’t like it. Be careful at this location. They are not to be trusted…….
