Still working to undo all of the ‘deals’ Jackie offered. My Verizon bill tripled when she promised it would be reduced. Additionally, all of the ‘free’ products I received when I purchased my new iPhone have been returned (luckily I made it within the VERY short window to do so) and I’ve spent hours on the phone restoring my original service plan. To be fair, I have had great service in the past at this store but she is an aggressive and dishonest salesperson. Beware she can be very convincing and devious. I was very fortunate to speak with a manager at Verizon that worked tirelessly to right all the wrongs and profusely apologize for the misleading salespeople in the stores. Absurd business practices. I’m assuming she has the support of store managers. I won’t be back.

This verizon has bad reviews but I recently went in there to get questions answered and to get a quote on new phone/plan and I had the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon. Brittney, who helped me, answered all of my questions with honesty and even tried her best to rework our family plan in order to save money. I also went in early afternoon and experienced zero wait. It was great.

I recently went onto the store and met Ana who helped me with upgrading to a new phone. Can’t say enough for the compassionate assistance she provided me. Five stars are simply not adequate for a rating. Great job !

If I could leave them with 0 stars I would. This service is lacking I was a new customer I had spent the day before in the store 2 hours switching plans to Verizon for 2 lines but only 1 line made it . I wasn't explained that I had to wait for the new phone to come before I can actually switch the service. And when I came back in to clear up the issue I was rudely rushed away from this store because they were closing in 30 minutes. But I was there you were suppose to service me. I was told go to the Roseville store. That's fine they were better. But, I was at this store the day before you should of helped me today. So this started my Verizon phone experience on a bad note because of this store.

Verizon is a corrupt and completely fraudulent operation. They weren't always this way but since the pandemic and their global extinction of in store customer service you are certain to be stolen from and cheated. And the worst part is they will admit it to you and laugh at you when you demand things to be fixed. ATT has many flaws and routinely overbills..but they never fail to fix it and make it right when called our. Verizon hires people to do their "customer service" that solely attempt to distract you and frustrate you until you pay the extortionate charges. Then they say pay us first and we will fix it after and never speak to about the admitted mistake again. Fraudulent

Had a really bad experience this morning when I was ignored for about 30 minutes and eventually left. I came in to buy 2 brand new Apple Watches but nobody ever greeted me or asked if I was being helped. I came back with my girlfriend later on and Josh helped us out. I ended up going with the Ultra 2 and she got the Series 9 45mm. Josh apologized for the experience earlier in the day and streamlined our whole process. We were in and out in about 30 minutes and really glad he was the one that helped us out. Thank you again for your understanding and your great service and attitude.

I know there are many negative reviews here and I'm not trying to discredit them, however, Calvin in customer service is an absolute gem! he was super kind and helpful in assisting me with my question/problems. If you ever need to go to this lo definitely seek him out! 5 stars for Calvin!

This review is about the Verizon store in Saint Clair Shores on Harper. One star is way too high a rating.This store is full of LIARS... I came in to get a new phone. They insisted I would get a new plan with LOWER rates. ThAt was not true until I called VZ direct to whittle away charges they snuck in w/o telling me. They lied to me about anything they could. They said I would get FREE Disney/Hulu/ESPN. It turns out they had already CHARGED me for that. And my rate was NOT lower. They offered me some bogus WiFi plan, which thankfully I did not trust them with. I was with 2 other people who heard them lie about EVERYTHING. They never showed me the contract even. They supposedly set up my new phone, but NEVER explained I would need to get re-set up as account managers. They NEVER explained there is an "UNLIMITED PLUS" plan vs an "UNLIMITED WELCOME" plan. They clearly have NO IDEA what they are doing, or worse, they do, but want to fool you. Just be warned. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE w/o knowing EVERYTHING ahead of time. Because they will NOT tell you. They just throw around the word "free" to trick you.

On August 10, 2023 I stopped in to simple buy a case for my 14+ and inquired about starting a business account. I paid for my case then sales rep who is a new hire went in the back. He blatantly came back and racially profiled me and told me lies. Terrible experience and I want the community t know the type of people Verizon hires! Please don’t do any business with this racist store! I hope this review gets all the chain of command!
