Had not previously had any issues here until now. Came to pick up prescription which was only partially ready, due to not enough pills, I made an observation that this has happened a few times and this lady tore me a new one, really quick for daring to make this observation.

Prescription phoned in but not ready due to insurance update. I was told Rx would ready in 1/2 hour, I went back over 3 hours later and Rx was not ready. Going to transfer my Rx.

I showed up there on Sunday a minute before 10:00 with a bunch of change that I had to add to my card because I had money stolen out of my account earlier that day when I was 65 cents short of the $20 minimum the manager went into his own pocket and took out a dollar to put me over the top I try to treat people the same way and it's nice to know that when someone needs a little bit of help that people don't turn their backs I recommend this Walgreens and the manager I don't know his name but he has a really deep voice and he's really kind thank you again

This is my prime Walgreens. The people are Always super nice at this location. The pharmacy folks always greet with a smile and help you with your prescription questions. An important item for me is a clean and organized store. This store is always clean and well organized. I highly recommend this store location.

The woman named Kayla at the pharmacy was very rude and gave me a very nasty stare when i was asking for help about the online problem i was having. You would think they’d be happy to help you but i guess Kayla didn’t want to help someone with a simple question and she wouldn’t even call the next person up until like 10 minutes later i probably waited for 20 minutes for this lady to call me to the counter, but the red head pharmacist was very nice and she saw that i needed help so she did her best to help me and i appreciated it. I believe it was very unprofessional of Kayla and i hope you train her to leave the attitude at home and not here at the business…

Rude pharmacy girl. I’ve routinely had problems with the same person at this Walgreens. Last straw today and I went to Meijer pharmacy in Roseville instead. Both girls I interacted with at Meijer had smiles, were friendly, and helpful. I have a new pharmacy. Go to Meijer instead. And it’s cheaper.
