Whoever the manger is at the 12 mile and Harper Walgreens was very rude when i walked there to return a hair color that i purchased. It turned my roots bright orange so of course i brought the receipt and he said he would only do it this time without the box of empty used hair coloring supplies ??. I said all i have left is the squirt bottle and conditioner the rest was obviously messy so i threw it away. His reply was "well people dig in garbage cans for reciepts all the time"! Omg REALLY? Of course i was totally humiliated and yes cried at 43years old i sure did. How dare he talk to me like that i said " well i did pay for the hair product and i do not dig in garbage cans looking for reciepts wtf?I am not a scammer , liar or trying to be fraudulent as that's not my character at all. I left very very upset and shocked to say the least

Well here we go again with the Walgreen's crew. Just had my first return merry go round experience with the staff. Thank God for Kathleen (10 & Gratiot) and the Gentleman (David? 12 & Harper) who just picked up and sent a request to my Dr. office via phone. Will see how this goes hopefully I won't get the not so pleasant female voice (12 & Harper) that hung up on me after three words of my sentence prior to redialing in. Thanks Kathleen & David.

Never again. Changing pharmacy. Just like other person said. Doctor prescribed medication and they wanted to talk to him. He said yes and they chose to wait for 4 days. They make up their own mind whether they want to give u the medicine. It was great in florida. I have already left and my daughter's leaving so you guys may go down the tubes and be replaced by a different pharmacy.

I’ve been a customer at their Pharmacy for many years. Unfortunately I will be pulling all my rx’s this month and transferring to CVS or another Pharmacy. Since I’ve gotten back issues and been on a controlled substance, they have treated me like an addict, and not a person. They argue with me constantly about my refills and always want my Doctor to call them!! My Doctor wrote the RX for God’s Sake!! Now he has to call you as well?! Tired of this!! BYE ✌?

Don’t bother making vaccine appointments here. I made one over a week ago and get there for my appointment and they didn’t even order the vaccines I needed. Go to Target Pharmacy instead. They’re much more accommodating.

Never again will I real with this pharmacy. Sent me a text with no explanation that my prescription was not available because of an insurance problem and no real explanation. Long story short after wasting a lot of time figuring out that the meds were only $17 and I told them I will pay out of pocket just to get this over with and why didn't they just give me that option to start with? I will be moving my business to another pharmacy.

Well do not take asthma medicine for your child after she just got out of the hospital for acute asthma!!! Because it will be a couple hours we have lunch?????? I cannot believe how much people do NOT care anymore makes me sick to my stomach!!!!!!!

I use the drive-through line because I have a special needs son. So much easier to pick up his meds this way. I saw only 2 cars in front of me so I didn’t think it would be much of a wait, maybe 15 min tops. We waited 30 minutes to get to the window!!! The 2 cars in front were apparently doing Covid tests. If I would of known they were doing Covid tests, I would of come back later. When I got to the window I waited another 5-10 minutes so she could de-sanitize everything. No apology for the wait or anything. I had an ornery kid and was late for where I needed to be. Again, had I known the cars in front of me were doing a Covid test, I wouldn’t of waited. There’s gotta be a better way for this? I feel like you should pre register online and then get the swab-swab your nose and give it back. it should be quick if going through a drive thru. I don’t know if this lady in the pharmacy was just extra slow, but to wait 35-40 min to pick up a prescription with only 2 cars in front of you is totally unacceptable.

This is my prime Walgreens. The people are Always super nice at this location. The pharmacy folks always greet with a smile and help you with your prescription questions. An important item for me is a clean and organized store. This store is always clean and well organized. I highly recommend this store location.
