BEWARE! They will continuously try and fill scripts that are not covered by your insurance and keep on hold on your profile. I canceled a script MULTIPLE times and everytime I pick up they try to throw it in the bunch its VERY expensive. My mother had to pick up my scripts for me due to my health and they got her with it. She ended up paying for the CANCELED! script. They would not take it back. They took advantage of the fact I wasnt picking up for money in there till. I understand they dont take back scripts, but it should have NEVER been dispensed in the first place. I even have a screenshot of my meds that were ready for pick up and it wasnt on there. She showed the pharmacist the screen shot and he said " OHHH it just came over from doctor so we got it ready, this was a lie. It was canceled. Please go somewhere else.

Unfortunately had to move to this pharmacy with our Rxs bcuz Rite Aid had closed.
I came from my dentist with my face totally swollen. They said my Rx wasn't ready. I sat over ½ hr waiting for it until I decided to just get back in line to ask to double check, & after sitting in TEARS in PAIN for ALL THAT TIME MY RX WAS ALREADY READY THAT WHOLE TIME!
I tried telling pharmacist that was unacceptable & he JUST SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS!
Really great service y'all!!!
Employees are usually really helpful & nice but they need help back there!
DON'T USE OF U CAN HELP IT!

Was supposed to get 46 pills in my prescription came home and there was only 10 in the bottle. It’s an unsafe medication to just go off of. The pharmacy is not gonna believe that they made their own mistakes. They just think I’m a drug addict.

Worst walgreens in the area. Wish I could give 0 stars. They refuse to answer the phone. You will sit on hold until you give up. If you can go to another pharmacy literally anywhere is better than here.

This pharmacy is a joke. They will have you in que for a hour minimum while they have quite literally no patients in the pharmacy. I got in there and they did not have my life saving medicine ready for me on time and now I have to go back to my doctor and have them force my prescription to a new pharmacy. Don’t go here, you will be dissatisfied.

They are NEVER able to fill my partners insulin when the doctors send it in. They blame the insurance company, but it is clearly pure incompetence on SOME end as when you call this location (regardless of time or day), it rings endlessly, and no one picks up.
After calling for 20 minutes, I drove up there to see that the store was completely empty of customers.

I can see why this is a 3 star Walgreens. It’s 1 star to me. I had an appointment at 12:40 to get a Covid test. I check in and am told it will be a few minutes. NO PROBLEM! I take a seat.
They call me over to verify my information and the lady who I think is kinda new couldn’t find it. NO PROBLEM! I stand at the desk waiting some more and she finally finds it and verifies. She goes to find whoever is gonna administer the test and i was standing there for at least 5 mins she says they’re just waiting for the pharmacist and they’ll be with me shortly have a seat. NO PROBLEM!
I had already verified on line that I was eligible for the no cost test. 5 mins later the pharmacist comes and says she needs my ID to verify it’s no cost today. NO PROBLEM! I don’t understand why it wouldn’t just show since I did that on their website already before making my appointment but okay. Whatever needs to get done.
I take my seat again. It’s now 1:05. And a lady who got there after me (I was the only person in the pharmacy when I got there) goes up the counter to talk to someone and says “I had a 12:50 appointment and I have been waiting for 15 mins now. I like Walgreens but not this much.”
I get up out my seat and walk towards the counter to where she’s speaking to someone and say towards whoever she’s speaking to “I’ve been waiting 25 mins and my appointment was at 12:40.” Another pharmacist comes over and starts reprimanding the workers about getting to work & I go talk to the newish lady who checked me in (who’s also my birthday twin). She was trying to be very helpful & when I told her my appointment was at 12:40 and asking how much longer she went and asked. She came back and said there’s one person in front of me and they’d be with me soon. I asked how they had someone in front of me when my appointment was at 12:40 & nobody was here when I got there at 12:40?
This other lady, who actually ended up doing my test, just came back and said the same thing & left. I told my birthday twin I have to be at work at 1:30. She made an announcement to her team. I really appreciated her! Like this review is about everyone but her!
They took the lady who had an appointment at 12:50 before me. She was in there for 5 mins getting a Covid and flu shot.
At 1:20 I was finally called into the room and was instructed to do the swabbing myself. It took less than 1 minute.
I will NEVER EVER EVER COME BACK HERE. I will never recommend it. I would give 0 stars but my birthday twin was the only redeeming factor and I technically can’t give 0 stars.
It shouldn’t have taken 40 mins for me to get my Covid test done. I was trying to get it done so I have enough time to get my results and know what’s up so I could tell me manager.
From the receipt they gave me they had cashed out the test at 1:12. So why did it take those extra 8 mins? Why was someone who’s appointment was 10 mins after mine get seen first?! Why was this so disorganized and not quick and easy like it should’ve been?!
Never. Again.

I’m a doctor and I deal with a lot of pharmacies. This one employs some of the rudest pharmacy techs I’ve dealt with. If you can get them to answer the phone after you hold for 15 minutes waiting to be next in line, they can’t be bothered to actually talk about the problem. I’ve been waiting on a medication for 10 days and I understand that it might be a manufacturing issue, but I can’t get them to discuss my options with me. I’m transferring my prescriptions out even if it costs more to get them elsewhere.

The pharmacy is overwhelmed. Not enough staff and they are rude. Tried to charge me $ 150.00 for one prescription when my insurance covered it and my copay was $0.00.
I have been using this pharmacy for years, but in the past few months it has not been as efficient. So sad!

I had the best experience at this location today. I had a difficult return. Manager Chase demonstrated the best patience, knowledge, and professionalism I've EVER encountered at a Walgreens store while training a trainee. Thank you for making my experience great.

I don't understand all these reviews with people having problems at the pharmacy. Been going since rite aid closed. They've been great so far.
