Called in advanced and was told "30min" until it was ready, waited 40 min and went inside.... then was told "1 hour 30 min" because they didn't even put the order in until we got here.

I have no complaint about the store in general. I have a complaint about a particular person in the pharmacy. There is one woman in the pharmacy she is so cocky and rude. I just hate dealing with her. She's so rude she doesn't even need to be dealing with the public and dealing with people getting prescriptions.

When you walk in the front door, it is absolutely filthy! It takes a long time to get your scripts filled, but the pharmacy staff is very pleasant. There is a major problem with the way the auto refill is done. I have asked many times to be taken off the auto refill, and it never seems to get done correctly 🙃 I continually ask, and it is very frustrating.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy. This is the third time in the last month I have gone to pick up a script and the pharmacy closed early. It’s 7:45 and they close at 9 but the “no pharmacist on duty” sign is up and the whole pharmacy is closed. terrible customer service.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I called them to have a prescription filled a few days early (with doctor authorization, of course) as I was going out of town. I was told that my prescription was out of stock, and would not be able to be filled early. When I returned from traveling and called to have the script filled, the pharmacist I spoke with told me that the script was never out of stock, and that the pharmacist I spoke with prior lied to me because he did not want to deal with filling my script early. My boyfriend is also a customer at this pharmacy. They denied his medication refill for his epilepsy medication (which he literally has grand mal seizures without) because THEY decided that it had been too long since he had seen his doctor - and no, it wasn't a controlled medication. The fact that a pharmacist thinks they can override a doctor's orders and put someone at risk for grand mal seizures was news to me. Then, two weeks ago, they told my boyfriend they were out of his prescription and could not fill it. When he told them he needed it before leaving town, the pharmacist admitted that they did in fact have it in stock, and would be able to fill it. I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of the pharmacists at this location - overriding physicians' requests, putting patients at extreme risks, not to mention how incredibly unprofessional this all was. Please spare yourself a headache (and potential danger) and avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had dealings with. Absolutely the most ridiculous staff I've ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional and inept at their jobs.Ridiculous that you have to deal with this when your talking about medication to keep you alive. I am now sitting in my car frantically calling other pharmacys because they gave my medication to another customer after confiming my medication was ready for pickup and are now out of stock 5:00PM on a friday. Thanks walgreens I'll make sure to tell everyone about my experiences here.

I have been with this Walgreens for well over 10yrs and last month I call in my script and went to pick it up 2days later and they say they ran out and had to order more. It's anxiety medication, so what do you think that does to someone with ANXIETY, gives them anxiety. This month (March) pharmacist and I got into it about 30 days, I was right, considering they label the date on my prescription bottle wrong. Today I get a voicemail from this Walgreens stating insurance issues and delaying my medication and I called to give info and get met with an attitude and I tried to explain to her that my prescription bottle had a different date, but she hung up. If I can, I will be switching pharmacies. They have lost all my trust.

Don't bother making vaccine appointments here. I made one over a week ago and get there for my appointment and they didn't even order the vaccines I needed. Go to Target Pharmacy instead. They're much more accommodating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The incompetence here is ridiculous. No one knows what they are doing, the line is always out the door because they are slow and d*** and if you want your prescriptions to be filled CORRECTLY and within a reasonable time, DO NOT COME HERE!! AVOID THIS S*** SHOW AT ALL COSTS!!! This is a prime example of a store that doesn't give two shits about offering quality service or even service for that matter. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND HIGHLY SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE STAYS FAR AWAY TOO!
