I have been with this Walgreens for well over 10yrs and last month I call in my script and went to pick it up 2days later and they say they ran out and had to order more. It's anxiety medication, so what do you think that does to someone with ANXIETY, gives them anxiety. This month (March) pharmacist and I got into it about 30 days, I was right, considering they label the date on my prescription bottle wrong. Today I get a voicemail from this Walgreens stating insurance issues and delaying my medication and I called to give info and get met with an attitude and I tried to explain to her that my prescription bottle had a different date, but she hung up. If I can, I will be switching pharmacies. They have lost all my trust.

Don't bother making vaccine appointments here. I made one over a week ago and get there for my appointment and they didn't even order the vaccines I needed. Go to Target Pharmacy instead. They're much more accommodating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The incompetence here is ridiculous. No one knows what they are doing, the line is always out the door because they are slow and d*** and if you want your prescriptions to be filled CORRECTLY and within a reasonable time, DO NOT COME HERE!! AVOID THIS S*** SHOW AT ALL COSTS!!! This is a prime example of a store that doesn't give two shits about offering quality service or even service for that matter. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND HIGHLY SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE STAYS FAR AWAY TOO!

As a medical professional, I have never experienced such rude and dismissive service in my entire life! Thank GOD this is not my Walgreens. I stopped by to pick up a prescription at 1:32pm and saw the technician about to close the door. Apparently, they take lunch from 1:30 to 2pm. I entreated her to let me pick up my medicine since I had a flight to catch and could not wait. She pointed at the sign and said, "Do you see the sign? It's right there," quite dismissively. When I asked where I could findanother item, she simply waved in that direction, "Try Aisle 2". I walked out. There's another Walgreens. Go THERE.

I've went through and read alot of these reviews. There's a few I agree with about the cashier but the ladies in the pharmacy are the nicest around. I can't understand how so many people can say they are rude.

My family's experiences with this particular location have not been good in my opinion. Long wait times (on the phone and in line) and constant calls to have medication refilled ended with attitude most times. They even ran out of a medication that was sent to them a week in advance and failed to call us to have it sent into another pharmacy.

Absolutely the RUDEST pharmacist and Rudest techs. TWICE my medication has had the wrong quantity. The first time I had the pharmacist count it before she gave it to me (because I suspected it was short in the past) and sure enough it was short two. The pharmacist rudely said “I’ll talk to my staff”. Never apologized. Today (about 2 years later) I counted it IN FRONT of a staff member and it was short AGAIN! the pharmacist said “I’m sorry but I counted it and it was there”. I tried to explain that in the past it was short and she immediately cut me off and said “yes have notes in the computer so a tech counted it and so did I”Here’s my issue- why on gods green earth do I really care about a dose or two? Seriously, why? I’m sure I’ll survive. That wasn’t my point! I wanted the pharmacist to know the situation was taking place so she was aware. Just like the last time, she passed judgement. Shame on her. she took it as if I was asking for something. She talked down to me, raised her voice and basically called me a liar. Luckily I have the entire incident recorded on my phone and I opened the medication directly under a camera. I’ll be making a corporate complainThe worst part about the whole ordeal is I was having the absolute worst day. And this pharmacist acted like I was a piece of garbage. She also allowed for all 3 of the other staff members to stand around and watch. Cared NOTHING about my privacy. Talked louder than necessary. Isn’t there some kind of law about privacy? The pharmacist didn’t even bother stepping up to the window she actually took a few steps backwards and crossed her arms as she blurted out the fact that the medication was all there when she counted it. It’s as if since I’m in recovery and take something for it that she assumes I’m dishonest. Shameful.

We have had terrible customer service recently from this store. Our in laws were in line for 30 mins waiting for their Covid test and we’re turned away because they were 30 mins late from their scheduled test time. They needed the test for travel and were told they were out of luck. The stores delay in service caused them to miss the test and potentially miss their travel plans.

I wasn't going to review this location until after contacting their corporate liaison nothing was done! Their corporate liaison handed back down to the pharmacist - the original problem! I have cancer and one of the side effects is bad sweating. My wife had a broken arm and I went in the day after I had filled a script for pain pills because she was having a reaction. The woman behind the counter walked into the back and whispered something to the pharmacist who then shook his head 'NO'. The woman returned to me at the counter and threw the script back to me letting it fall onto the counter. Then with her accent and a very sarcastic tone said, 'go to another pharmacy! Went don't have this!' I asked when they would get it in and she said they don't stock those. I went to another Walgreen's and learned that this Walgreen's did have that medication in stock and in sufficient quantity to more than fill the script! So yes, she lied. I called in the complaint and received a call from the same pharmacist who denied the script fill! I explained everything that had happened and he assured me that he would take care of the matter. I made sure that he knew my wife suffered in terrible pain the entire night because of Walgreen's! He didn't seem interested. He told me that they would discipline the woman for lying and her rude behaviour...nothing was ever done and they are still all working there. My doctor increased one of my medications and the pharmacist refused to fill it because he had never heard of a diabetic medication prescribed in such a high dosage. He's a 'pharmacist'; not a doctor! My cancer and type of chemo block the effectiveness of the diabetic meds which was the reason for the high dose. He refused to fill the script citing that he was qualified to make that decision. When I asked him what he knew about my rare form of cancer; he said that was irrelevant and proceeded to call my doctor. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACY! They lie routinely and believe themselves more qualified than doctors! If you feel OK trusting your health/life to these clowns then by all means go on in...they'll take really good care of you!

I have always loved shopping at walgreen until recently.1. Went to get Zyrtec D -I have always got it in the drive thru but this time after waiting 20 min while they performed COVID testing on the people in the vehicle ahead of me they told me I had to come in that they don’t sell it they drive through anymore. I was furious!2. today went in to get Zyrtec D and they are doing COVID testing again and there is no where for me to stand in line that allows me to keep my distance from the people being tested and the people waiting to get tested. This make zero sense to me to have testing in such a small area that people whom are symptomatic are so close to people picking up prescriptions. Walgreens may lose me over this situation.

Unfortunately I have to change my review from 5 stars to 1. My most recent experience with the pharmacy was unacceptable and entirely preventable. Im on a maintenance medication that I pick up monthly, I sent the script over 4 days in advance to allow ample time to assure the medication is in stock, which it wasn't. Now I have to go a minimum of a full work day with out my medication because of the lack of forethought and follow-through. If you take any time-sensitive medication, avoid using this pharmacy.
