I've been trying to make a new patient appointment for 2 weeks. They told me i wouldnt get an appointment for about month and to submit new patient paper work, which i did. I called back several times to follow up when I could make an appointment and they kept saying oh, we will call you. Over 2 weeks and you can't even call to set an appointment?!?Unacceptable. I even told them of the health issues going on, they could care less. Disgusting!

doctor fox is the worst doctor i have ever been under the care of. she doesn’t listen to ANY of her patients concerns or suggestions and would rather make decisions without any of the patient’s input. she is extremely incompetent and under qualified to be a doctor yet she believes she knows better than anyone else. she has given me horrible advice countless times that other doctors have specifically told me was wrong. if i were you i would not touch this doctors office with a 20 foot pole and a hazmat suit on. good luck

I went to turn my new patient packet in about two weeks ago. The front lady handed me back a sheet of paper that I was supposed to keep and said they would call me to schedule my appointment. I heard nothing so I called back two weeks later and was told they didn't have me in the system and had no idea where my paperwork, with my personal information on it, went. I was recommended by a friend but I ended up just finding somewhere else to go because that was very off-putting.

Everyone in the office is wonderful. The NAs are very friendly and caring. I see Dr. Fox and she is an awesome physician and very knowledgeable and compassionate. I don't ever have a problem getting an appointment, and the wait time in the office is very minimal.

It's all about the money here. Been going here for years now. Still have no idea who my actual doctor is. Receptionist are not very nice.

Dr. Foxe is spectacular. She gives great advice. She researches about my conditions and refers me to correct doctors and follows up. She speaks her mind. She shares her opinions. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her.

I have been a patient for over 25 years. Back in January of 2022, I was really sick. I called for an appointment. They told me they would only do a zoom call. Found out by another doctor in Troy Mi that same day that I had Covid-19 and Pneumonia and immediately received an infusion. Samething happened to me again today. Waypointe only wanted to set up a zoom call for tomorrow. Today, I went back to the Troy doctor and found out I have Influenza and Bronchitis. Being a diabetic, I felt that I needed to start some type of treatment right away! No longer happy here!

Doctor Fox is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever meet!!! Absolutely rude and not concerned for her patience! And the website made hit the one star to post. I wouldn’t even give the doctor a star!! Talk to your patience before you write them off as addicts!!!

patient for years with practice before it became waypointe... I was told by Dr fox that she was not my "DRUG dealer" for requesting a refill on a non narcotic LOW dose med that I had been treated with for 10 years since my hysterectomy. I was chastised for not getting psych care which I can not afford. Should I sue my former doctors for treating me with this medication? I went through rehab In 1991....apparently i am an addict all over again. Not a pleasant experience.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.Absolutely absurd experience with the doctor’s office. They tell you you need a medication and then refuse to fill refills until you come into the office EVERY 3 MONTHS. They claim they informed me of some new law but they didn’t. And per the pharmacy no such law exists and it wouldn’t have effected my prescriptions anyways. My $68 balance from April 2021 got sent to collections because they failed to notify me of it, as soon as I found out I paid the same day but they still didn’t want to fill my scripts without a fuss. Now they won’t give me the one refill that they told me I need mind you, to get through the month until I can find a different doctor because I will never be stepping foot in this unprofessional doctor’s office. Read the reviews and don’t go off one person’s referral. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!

Dr Fox is great. Very thorough and easy to talk to. She listens and doesn’t try to rush you out the door. The nurses and front office staff are great as well. I’ve been very happy with this practice.

Dr. Fox is a great doctor. She listens and really takes the time to get to know you. Everyone at the office is very nice and professional. I would strongly recommend Waypoint Internal Medicine.
