“Bolands is the best. I needed a leaky tire fixed and a rotation, and I was in and out of there within 45 minutes. He also told me about how much wear life I had left in my tires and when I should probably get them replaced. That's what I like. They pay attention to details, which is beneficial to me. Another time I needed tires for my Jeep and they had them ready to go within the hour.”

The insurance totaled the car so they didn't get the repair job, yet they were so kind and helpful to us. My son left a key he needed in the car and they sent it out to us the day we called. The owner and ladies at the front desk were super nice and accommodating when we called and when my dad and I came up to look at the car. Just seemed like genuinely nice people.”

“Was shocked at the levels they went through for my significant other, I has to step in due to fears of her being mistreated due to fears of taking advantage of a female, however the situation was calmly and clearly explained as part delays. They went the extra mile to take care of her with a very comparable rental to her vehicle, without me saying a word. Needless to say, I was shocked at the professionalism.
Sincerely I would pay a premium for this service and I recommend you do the same (despite pricing being competitive to the other shops, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS). Additionally they had repaired cosmetic effects unrelated to the issue as an apology for the delay in service (that was our of their control). If you own a domestic car brand, expect a quick and efficient turn around, if foreign, put a deposit down and wait for them to receive the parts before handing the keys over. They have the integrity to follow through. I have faith in them and the word “scam” or “slimey” would never cross my mind with this shop. I have never experienced customer service like this before. Worth every penny. Thank you to the owner of the shop, a true down to earth american that is worth his weight in gold.

Driver was very patient as we diagnosed where they coolant leak was coming from. He recommend a repair shop, then drove me to a hotel after dropping the car off.
