I hope this review finds the owner of this establishment. You have a young man by the name of Casey working in your store, and you need to know that I was totally blown away by how great he was! If I was still a retail manager, I would absolutely try and steal him from you. ? Casey is exactly who you want to deal with when you come into an auto parts store. He knows the parts, knows the vehicles, and has a friendly disposition and what seemed to be a genuine enjoyment for the work he is doing. I was actually in the store twice and he was working both times and was helping other customers and taking phones calls and generally running the show from the looks of it. I asked if he was the manager and he informed me that he was not. I have 15 years of retail management experience and now own my own business and I can tell you that if I were the owner of this establishment… I would give him a hard look for store manager. I can’t emphasize enough how rare it is to see that caliber of customer service these days. The fact that this was like 4 hours ago when I left there should tell you something if I’m still coming here and writing my only Google review. Please take care of this young man or if someone else reads this and is looking to hire someone who will leave a positive, lasting impression with their customers, go snatch this guy up and pay him what he’s worth! And if nothing else, hopefully Casey reads this and knows that his hard work, friendly disposition, and dedication to the job is appreciated!

Called each time before going there.Each time was told parts were in. Sold me wrong parts. It is going to take me 4 trips. To get the parts.152 miles altogether. Plus time taking breaks off and putting them on to drive back . Didn't know that the parts were wrong until I had the breaks off. I live in Whittemore. Pain in the azz rediculous!

I was very impressed with the service that I received on May 21st 2024. Cody gave great customer service in helping me with questions on what type of oil to put in my 2011 Impala. I would highly recommend giving them your business.

Bought a battery for my truck 4 years ago, the warranty was for five years with two year replacement then $2.00 a month deducted after that. They tested the battery and said it was bad and would not honor the warranty. Can only assume they were getting to many batteries returned.

Do not buy parts from here. We have done business with them for years but ever since new management came in the store has gone down hill quickly. Sold us a faulty Alternator and wouldn't replace it without a receipt even though they knew it was bought there. They do not even keep a record of the parts that they sell like other part stores do. We are not the only ones they've done this to. One person took a part back the next day because it was faulty and the same people were behind the counter and they would not replace the part because he didn't have a receipt even though they knew they sold it to him the day before. They do not treat their local customers that keep them in business right. We will never do business with them again and suggest you don't either.

I've been using this location for the last 5 years and had nothing but great experiences until the management changed hands just recently and let me tell everyone they've taken a huge step back, I can't believe the lack of skills from the new manager, I spend anywhere from 500 to 4000 a month at this store and as of today I will no longer be using this location, I was told today after 5 years that it's just to hard to deliver to my shop and that if I was to continue to order I'd have to be on a schedule and certain times when I could get parts, with a heavy heart I will no longer do business with this standish location

Hours aren't accurate here at 10:15 on Sunday (hours say 10 to 3) and doors are locked no answer on the phones. Awesome way to do business guys!
