The prices on shelf don't match the receipt. My cold coffee was on shelf for 1.99 I was charged 3.49; donuts were on shelf for 2.99 I was charged 5.59. I was sticker shocked at checkout.

Bought gas here yesterday and immediately started getting fraudulent charges on my credit card. Must have been a skimmer on the pump because I had a extra $1 charge for this same station then thousands more within 24 hours.

Moldy water for drinks + expired food no lotto/returns or bottle returns. Typically stellar service and product. We have patronized for decades.

On Saturday July 23 about noon my wife and I made a quick stop at the BP in Standish where we often stop. We like the store very much and often see other people from Oscoda making stops. On this particular visit I was surprised no one else was in the store and I noticed the attendant, Taylor, moving quickly through the store cleaning everything in sight. I was amazed that in a moment when she could have taken a break with no customers she was devoting her time to cleaning. I complimented her on her diligence and wanted you to know that she is one excellent employee!

This is my go-to gas station. It is always clean, well stocked, and OPEN! Thankful the owners have put an enormous amount of time, effort, and money to make this place what it is for local residents and travelers alike.

I was on my way up north when one of my tire pressures went extremely low on Sunday, September 12th 2021 in the evening, so I got off of I-75 and went into Standish. The only gas station that had an air machine was this BP. I had a $20 bill and went in to ask for $2 in quarters to put in their machine to air up my low tire. The blonde young "too cute to help people behind the counter" told me no, she is not to give out quarters. Ok, if that's what she is told to do, but the owner could very easily go get them back out of his own machine. I told her I'm an hour away from anyone I know, I have just me and my dog, I didn't know what to do and started to cry, she could have cared less, in fact told me to "go next door" it was an abandoned car wash!!!. It started storming and raining. I went to McDonald's, bought a cheeseburger I didn't want, just to get change, took it back there, got air and made it up. Hope that girl never gets stranded somewhere and no one helps her. This day and age, discrimination gets you a gas station.

I came in to get cheesy hotdogs around 3am. Was told they didn't get put out till 3:30 and they'd be ready by 6 when I got off work. Came back at 6:10 she put out ten different types of tornados. But not one single hot dog then tells md that the hotdogs won't be put out for another hour. Even though she told me theyd be put out 3 hours prior to me coming back. She was also quit rude and had poor costumer service skills. She also made me feel like It was my fault that she gave me the wrong information. If she hadn't told me they be out and ready at 6 I wouldn't of been back after work.
