Terry at the M84 location in Bay City is just the sweetest. He was bright & so welcoming. He was so talkative which was extremely refreshing. It's cashiers like Terry that will make a store visit worthy. I hope he is valued at Forwards! He really made my day. ☺️

Britney was amazing in getting me the sweatshirt that I wanted and Pat in the gaylord store called Britney to check for us. They all were amazing at both stores....thank you thank you thank you!!!
