I have been with Forward for the past few years, call today with 25% in tank, only need 150 gallons but need to pay for 200,and then have a credit on my account. I dont think so!! WTH

Alright place, should probably understand mechanical venting codes before calling out people's work. Direct vent appliances over 50k BTUs 12 inch clearance from any openings to a building. WhO dId yOuR fUrNaCe?
