My phone was hacked and I had been working for more than a week trying to get it turned back in , a new number, activated, etc. I spoke with fraud department, then customer service, and back to fraud, a constant round robin! Horrible! It went on for nine days with no resolution even though a couple of outstanding employees really tried! Devon came through for us at last! Cut through all of the nonsense!
