This pharmacy is an absolute joke. There are eight people working in the pharmacy and somehow six hours after my Doctor's appointment not a single thing has even been touched. "Have a seat, I have no idea how long it will be" is what I was told. So at least they offer stellar customer service. Really raising the bar.Do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacy. Hell, you'd get better, more reliable service from a back alley pharmacist in Tijuana.

1 had 3 prescriptions sent from covenant August 1st didn't get two of the till next day and still didn't have my whole rx filled they said about a hr. I would get a text for nausea medications so I waited nothing so I preceded to wait till 10:40 the next day thinking surly the forgot to text me nope, you will have to wait 20 minutes for us to fill after this I'm done. When I talked with covenant everything was sent at one time so makes no sense. I feel if they have staffing issues, and can't accommodate patients then we should know so we can get our prescriptions else were me power puking up my antibiotics because someone can accommodate me in a reasonable time frame is unacceptable. This could have all been avoided. So I waited a totally of a 1 hr in parking and no text so I called and was on hold for over 20 minutes ended calling Covenant to send to another pharmacy and I will be telling everyone about this experience.Angie Bender

My husband had surgery today in Saginaw. We had his post op meds sent to this Rite Aid as it was on our way home. My husband called when we left the surgery center to confirm Rite Aid had received them. He was told by a very unprofessional woman (Not Molly) that they'd be ready in an hour. When we arrived, we were greeted by a nice young man in the store. When I got in line back at the pharmacy, a woman in front of me was still being helped. As she walked away from the counter, the clerk (also not Molly) said, "Date of Birth?" Not hello or how may I help you? And I was still standing back at the "please wait here" sign. I was speechless for a moment after a long stressful day and was left with the impression that she had much more important things to do than help me. When she went to look for my husband's meds, I chatted with Molly, a girl that my daughter knew from sports in high school, for a moment before she resumed filing filled prescriptions. The rude clerk returned with the news that they ran out of the pain meds and couldn't get more. We were now 30 minutes away from the surgery center and 30 minutes from home. No phone call was made to my husband to let him know this. We were then informed by another rude woman (still not Molly) that our only options were to drive to the Wilder Road Rite Aid in Bay City or to the Beaverton Rite Aid as they should both have the med we needed. Those pharmacies were 30 minutes and an hour respectively, in the wrong direction. We went to our car and tried calling both the doctor's office and the surgery center but by then (4:30pm) both were closed. We are left with no choice but to hope he can make it until tomorrow, when we can call and have a prescription sent to our regular pharmacy. It is a travesty that those are the people this community is relying on for their medications. They need to be replaced with compassionate professionals. I will not hesitate to share this horrid experience with every one I know.

They said my medication would be ready today. I was there this morning and my medication is not available. They could have at least called and saved me that trip.

Extremely rude staff, they always have an attitude. Nothing but issues every single month when I get prescriptions refilled. Doesn't matter what it is, it is always a hassle with these people. I would not recommend this rite aid location to anybody.

The pharmacist, her name tag said Kim, was so rude and condescending as I tried picking up 2 prescriptions. Also snapped at me because I was in lane 2 and not 1, apparently you can only pick up in lane 1 but there are no signs stating this. Waited 15 minutes in lane 2 to then have to drive around and get in lkn 1 and wait another 20 minutes. Then only 1 was ready, even though I was called and told both were ready. Asked them to just transfer to standish pharmacy. Have never had a problem there. Will not return, I would rather be miserable than have to deal with staff like that.

Went to Rite Aid on Main Street in Standish MI on 1/03/2023. We were there for Covid PCR testing. I made our appt online and brought our Confirmation Papers with us. We waited for 2 1/2 hours do to the fact that they seemed confused as how to put our information in the computer. I had to call Quest Diagnostics while we were there so they could talk them through the process. We then did our tests ourselves at the Drive thru window. The person at the window gave us no instructions so we did our tests as best as we could. Today 1/05/2023 I went on the Quest Website to see if we had results. It stated no results pending. I then called Quest and they stated our tests were never called in to be picked up. I called Rite Aid to confirm that our tests were still at the Pharmacy and sure enough they were still there. The Pharmacy stated they forgot to call for a pick up!!! If I would not have called Quest our tests would have never been picked up. This is pure incompetence. If you need a PCR Test for Covid do not go to Rite Aid in Standish. I just want to make you aware of what we went thru and hopefully save you some time and grief. Just so you know.

Never been in a Rite Aid before and the heavy set, middle aged blonde working the pharmacy drop off in this store assured I will never step foot in another, especially this one. If your life is so miserable that you have to snap at people for asking a simple question, re-evaluate working with people. To tolerate this behavior is reflective of the organizational culture and leadership.
