Just like everyone else, horrible communication as well as sub par workmanship. I called on 11-13-25 with a broken furnace in my camper. He said he was ordering parts and will call me when they came in. It's now 11-26-25 and still no call, not returning calls and messages. I looked up the parts he stated and found 4 different companies with said parts instock with same day shipping. Unfortunately this is my second go around with this hack of a company, I didn't learn my lesson, hopefully you'll read the reviews before you give yourself a nightmare.

Seemed interested in helping me with my van repairs, said he'd call in 2-3 days when he got parts prices and worked up my estimate. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. After reading other reviews about poor communication, I'm going to pass on this company.

I have a camper that had a stuck slide, they went out and repaired and got the slide in. Awesome to work with.

I call the manager and he does not call back even when it is urgent. And after I leave several voicemail noone calls me back. They have had my rv over 2 months, and it is very hard to get in touch with them to pick it up. I realize theres been some inconsistency however I am trying to pay to grab my rv and no luck... and I got the owners name Jerry however the manager will not give me his information...

The were awesome! We were getting ready to leave the campground and our bedroom slide would not go in. I call them and they came to the campground with in an hour and fixed it. They were very professional and very good. They did great work and was cheep! Definitely use them again!
