Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. I went to this USPS 3 days in a row, gave them my information to contact me when someone was able to assist me and received nothing. If you are considering sending a package from here, don't. Throw it in your fire pit, light it and watch it burn then at least you'll know its final location.

I went in there today to pick up a package and the man working said that i was being to impatient and that he wasnt going through boxes until he decided to. Very rude to me!
Edit** Came in the next day pickup my package and the same man from the day before kept interrupting me to tell me that rules are rules! After proding him him for a few minutes he finally brought my packages up. But he only brought 2 of the 3 I ordered and told me to try my luck another day for my missing package. Rude!! I spent quite a bit of money on that specific package. Worst post office ever! The one in Gladwin is a lot better. Nicer employees. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Unbelievable.

Don’t expect them to stay open until said posted times. Arrived today at 11:20am to ship something and the lady already had everything closed down and locked up. By the way their posted time states they are closed at 11:30am. Very unprofessional service. Second time this has happened. Last time it was on a weekday

Service is fine since I rent a box for my mail. BUT since having to use a cane for the last 6 months, I realize there us no working handicap door! There's a button on the inside only but it hasn't worked for the 4 years I've rented my box. Being this is a US Government facility, why can't this be remedied? I've just had knee surgery, so now have to use a walker, I can't pull/ push the door now, it's too heavy. Someone has to get my mail. PLEASE FIX.

Wasn’t receiving mail for two weeks at a time. Never the same person when mail actually was delivered. Sometimes it would be dark before they even showed up. Call to ask what in the heck is going on and told a new driver is slow.... for 3 years?! Poor service.

No stars would be more suited. Packages sit for days before they get delivered. Amazon has been made aware and is going to do a full investigation. I hope they pull their contract. This was just 1 of many issues, but I don't seem it fair to post 30 bad reviews.

OMG. Tried calling to ask a question. The automated service is awful. I'd either speak or push a number and it couldn't get it right. I called 3 times and finally was going to be put through to a human....wait time was 42 minutes! What? Are they really getting that many calls or is everyone in Standish there at the same time?
