Technician name: MatthewBrand new install, everything went smooth and quick, Matthew even cared about where and how to bring the cables into my home without causing additional holes. Had an outage at my house. Point Broadband sent a technician first thing the next morning. Nate was great. Found the broken fiber line and fixed it within 2 hrs.

Internet is pretty good. For being fiber i’ve had lots of issues of it going down, the website is not user friendly and there’s no way to check the status of Internet outages like other ISP’s have available. I was setup for Autopay and forgot to disable when i had no money in my account. I had to pay 3 days late so they hit me with a $30 “credit card” denial and $15 for a late fee. So, i’ll have to pay almost double the amount this month as my normal rate

Terrible speeds.I had a 2 year contract when it was casair and never once called them, point broadband I call once a month to find out why my speeds are like dial up internet
