I want to support small town business but the service I get there over the phone is always so rude. They always seemed to be bothered by ANY question you have. God forbid I want to talk to the pharmacis,t isn't that what they're there for to answer questions Please do better. Thank you 😊

This pharmacy is SO slow. I spent more than 30 minutes here trying to purchase an OTC med. I could have driven to Greenville and back in the time I spent here!

The first time I went there I was greeted by a lovely lady. Very sweet and made conversation with me which was in December. I went there today. An older lady with a pink sweater helped me today and I told her my whole name and then she asked me for my birthday and she comes back telling me that there wasn’t anything there for me. She was very rude and snotty towards me. I politely told her I will check and see. So I go my chart online to double check that my doctors did send in my meds. It did and it gave the exact address of where they sent it too. So I pulled up again and I kindly told her hey they should be here I just checked and I also showed the lady and she asked my birthdate. Gave it to her again comes back within secs. Goes no there is nothing here for you. I'm like why does it say there is and my doctors sent this two agos here. It's the same medication I got last month. Then proceeds to say you do know that there is other countryside pharmacy. Yes I do. But I have already picked up this med here and it says right there the address of where my doctors sent my meds. Proceeds to tell me that they have nothin here for me and my doctors are wrong. They could've have not sent it and I need to call them. It still says in my chart that they did. She then goes fine. Leaves me there waiting comes back last time you were here was in December. I was like yes I was for my meds that I got right here and showed her. Then proceeds to say well there's nothing here call your doctors. So at this point, I'm confused and a little hurt by the way she treated me. I'm pregnant so I was like oh this is okay while I'm calling my doctors someone else from that pharmacy calls me to tell me that there is meds there for me. I pull up again. The lady that attended me didn't even want to look at me didn't even let have a chance to talk to her and just handed me my meds that supposedly weren't there. That my doctors were wrong. I was wrong. My chart for online was wrong. So that's why I leave this review.
