Late and missing mail occurs often, sometimes damaged.

Called inquiring on picking up packages and spoke with a rude as heck lady who wouldn't allow me to pick up my packages. Hate dealing with them. Never get packages delivered on time. And half the time they are damaged!

Everytime i go there theres an old lady who idk is manager but shes rude . Everytime. The workers like almost never deliver mail on time. Its ridiculous. Definately need new workers...
