The cash attendant (Male, probably in his 60’s I think) was completely cold and unwelcoming the moment he say us from the windows. As soon as we walked in he physically followed us wherever we went around the store despite never having seen him before tonight. If I went to the chips isle, he’d walk to the end of the desk where that isle was, if we went to the drinks section behind the counter he’s walk over multiple feet just to stare at us. It was completely unprofessional and it doesn’t help that 2/3 of us were young black people. Never coming here again.

Somehow even though their hours are open for 24 hours they’re always closed during the night even with all of the inside lights on and open sign on, they never answer their phone either.

Don’t go here i bought a bag of candy and it was a year expired. Luckily I noticed the weird taste after one bite. They don’t throw away expired items. They leave them there until they are sold! 0 stars at best.

It's a 7-11 what do you expect. However I do expect customer service to be polite and kind but this place is incredibly rude. So I sat in the parking lot for like 7 minutes discussing my order of beers to pick up for the Christmas party and the employee came out screaming at me and pointing to God knows where. I went in and bought chips and a drink and before I spent $200 in beer I wanted to know what his issue was. Apparently he was noted I took up a parking space, during lunch, and only two other cars were there at the time. I told him I was putting my order together and I wasn't planning on carrying $200 in beer across the parking lot with disabilities. I let him know I'd be buying my beer elsewhere and I won't be back. There's respectable ways about handling a situation, like not coming out yelling at a customer.

I was grabbing a coffee for my husband and myself, and went to check out with a bag of ice two coffees. My Husband grabs three extra creamers for the road for the coffee. We are about to purchase and the manager or store associate whoever the heck he was, starts yelling and cussing at My Husband saying he is stealing creamer, but we are buying coffee right so taking 3 to go creamers to add to his coffee in the car, shouldn’t be an issue right? The associate starts pointing his finger in my husband face yelling at him telling us he will call the police. The man was crazy. All that over some to go creamer for the coffee we were about to purchase lol. We left the coffees and ice on the counter and walked out. I’ve never been treated so poorly, it was wild. Sadly I don’t remember the associates name.

I Was in there tonight. purchased a roll toilet paper that was $1.79 + tax that = $1.90 I gave the Indian lady owner $2 was standing looking around waiting for my dime. I asked Where's my dime and she said I thought you were going to leave i said no I want my dime and she said well its actually 4 cents that I owe you hang on; and she took the next customer and never gave me my change

These people are selling days old donuts. Never expected this from a 7-Eleven. Not enough hot food items. I will be worried to go to any 7-Eleven now.
