I came in the store with $20 and bought two lotto tickets and a sprite ($6) and the short Indian man on shift at 6pm 9/10/24 gave me $3 back and told me I only gave him $10. Stole my money and tried to claim otherwise. I didn’t even want to break that $20 and now I only have $3. I won’t be shopping here anymore and suggest you shop somewhere else too. This 7 11 is garbage

Horrible. Rude cashier. Wouldn't even take anything over a $20 when any other 7/11 in the area uses pens like majority of places. Avoid this location.

Rude service all around. After looking through reviews seems the bad outway the good. Do better 7-11. Oh and no need to go to your link you give everyone on a better description of my experience what I'm saying here says it here.

Be attentive when they are ringing you up at the register. They tried to charge me $6.58 for a bag of chips. When I said I didn't want them, the price mysteriously dropped. There was a deal for candy for $2 with the purchase of any size slurpee but at the register it was suddenly only for a large slurpee. Either they were trying to steal money from me, or are incompetent. Either way I will not be going back.

Placed an order for delivery... Missing 2 orders of wings,2 red bulls ,a big gulp and an icecream.. & lost my 20$ off promo code to an order that didn't come. This has happened multiple times. I called the store no answer . Now I have to Wait For my money back and get no product.

The older brown man with dark black hair here is very grumpy, unethical & miserable. Watch closely. Even this here says a ad $1.49 delivery on yelp he'll say he hates delivery orders but can't cancel since he's just the employee smh

I have been coming to this location for 7 yrs buying different things but lately my money has been stuck in the lottery machine and the man behind the counter want to argue saying ..you know it was broken. Well sir why not put an out of order on the machine instead of taking people money and saying oh you have to wait three days for a return.

Absolutely the worst 7-11 around, twice I've run into the same rude cashier, the first time I thought we are all human maybe he had a bad day, but after this morning around 9:30 am black Friday, this way everyone at 7-11 knows who I. talking about, is an a hole, and even though I live a Block away, I will never go back. People should not be talked to like he thinks he can, some years ago I would have handled things differently, eventually someone will. I tried your other site, I don't want to join that site we are communicating just fine on here, if you want to fix this, we are all listening.... or say nothing, do nothing and then everyone who reads this will know your 7-11 employs rude people who don't care about their customers. And honestly, I believe I was dealing with one of the owners...

I went to the store at 5pm and the roller grill items were fresh and all the icee flavors worked. The cashier was friendly and efficient.
