I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Sterling Heights 14 Mile Clinic. The lady responsible for checking weight and taking blood was extremely rude and displayed inappropriate behavior towards my baby.
I reported this issue to the nutritionist on staff, but unfortunately, I received an unsatisfactory response and no meaningful action was taken.

I couldn’t agree more with the bad reviews below. I arrived 15min earlier so I can fill out any necessary paperwork, but nobody saw me within the first 30min of my app as if my time is not important. I got an automated text that I was scheduled for an app in the Dearborn location when my follow up is 3 months from my initial app in this location. I got an activation code in the phone that doesn’t work so I can’t setup my portal and view my test results. Almost 2 weeks now and still no one followed up with me about my test results and I only found out that I have to be on a new medication from a notification that I got from the pharmacy that I have a new prescription.

This place has decent services and I'm not even Arabic but their receptionist is one of the single worst employees I have ever dealt with. The lady never knows what's going on and refuses to held accountable for her actions so much so she will not give her name out on the phone for any reason.
Today she claimed she was going to do some things that she did not do regarding a prescription. I have had the same issue every month for over five months now and with her being the only point of contact, I know the information not being passed on for days at a time or even at all is her fault.
And when I said you have failed in your duties as a point of contact for many months now, what is your name so if I have the same issue again I can talk to your supervisor she first refused to give her name out at all, saying her job does not allow her to give out sensitive information such as her first name and then she tried to claim her name was my doctors first name (As if I wouldn't know). This way, the doctor could be blamed instead of herself. My primary care doctor was not involved in the writing of these prescriptions, as this was for the mental health side, a section she doesn't even work in.
Absolutely deplorable behaviour. If you work with her, watch your back. She'd rather you get fired than her. Their overall facility is decent I suppose as it does offer a wide variety of services.

I am beyond disappointed, appalled, and embarrassed about the way I was treated when I walked into that facility today. Your flyer is obviously missing information. I was on the impression I could come there and get these services several of them without any requirement to participate in anything I get stopped the door saying I’m not gonna get a thing look down to me like I’m a dog, I’m angry I’m gonna report this to the Better Business Bureau. You guys have a false flyer you’re telling everybody please come all these items are available for available Monday through Friday 9 to 5 I walk in there deadly looks down to me like a dog. Oh we don’t have anything and I don’t. Why are you open at 3 o’clock? If you ain’t got nothing there I don’t know what the lady was. I’m gonna contact the manager. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau. I’m pissed.
