Here's why: Today, I was in need of a garbage disposal, (Initially dealt with another major supply store, but sadly, due to several weeks of ongoing issues with miscommunication and lack of inventory, given reassurances and awaiting phone calls to fix the matter, I decided to get a refund and take my business elsewhere.) Hence, searched online, picked out a Badger 5 / 1/2 HP product to purchase.Contacted Home Depot Rochester Hills service desk, spoke to Mike K, who connected me with Beth (Plumbing/Kitchen Dept.)Beth not only helped me locate my requested product, she also pulled another comparable product to allow me a secondary choice along with product pricing, she immediately set up a Home Depot service person to contact me for my garbage disposal installation, and was able to pay for it right over the phone.She reassured me, that she would pull both disposals, set them on a counter, and instructed me to go directly to Kitchen department for pick-up.To my surprise, approximately, 30 minutes later, the Home depot serviceman called me, set up an appointment to install my garbage disposal, today.Mind you, I was just getting my shoes on to pick- up the disposal.Of course, I made an appointment as soon as I was able to pick up the disposal.Beth kept her word, when I arrived at the store, that's exactly where I found the disposals setting; at the Kitchen counter showroom. No time to waste, the Badger 5 unit was my choice, so, I proceeded to walk to the service desk where a very nice cashier, quickly assisted me on my purchase.Finally, got home and to my amazement, my husband was waiting at the door, laughingly, grabbed it from me, to hand to the serviceman Stanley, who was there in the kitchen ready to install.Wow!He had actually already removed the old disposal and awaited the new one, in the time that I was coming home from the store.Wow! Home Depot and their serviceman were totally on the ball today! My husband and I are very satisfied customers, impressed with Home Depot's fast and excellent service, and highly recommend anyone searching for great service to go to Home Depot in Rochester Hills.Thank-you Home Depot employees: Mike K, Beth, Stanley the serviceman, and all others who assisted me and provided OUTSTANDING service.”

“Review from a Gardner: I get most of my standard pots, soil, and fertilizer here--prices are very inexpensive and they have lot's of specific quality brands for things like cactus soil and root hormone. But if I want specialty or decorative pots, I go to one of the nearby local garden centers as they don't carry much variety like that here. I also do NOT get plants here, I've seen mites and gnats hanging on them. Home Depot is not primarily a garden store so they probably don't have someone dedicated to keeping their plants healthy. Outside of gardening, the store has great pricing on grilling goods and whatnot. I recently loaded up on a bunch of moving boxes, bubble wrap, etc. and it was about $40.”

“I have been a Bank’s customer for 20 years and have always had great service. In 2003, upon their recommendation, we purchased out first vacuum from them. It was a bit more than we had intended to spend, but we trusted their expertise. Over the years, we have had to periodically take it in for service, but it is still going strong! They have won my trust. Yesterday, I needed to replace a stick vacuum, and I went to them for recommendations. Yet again, I was not disappointed. I happened to arrive at the same time as the owner and he kindly answered all of my questions, showed me the pros and cons of different models and I left with a purchase I am very pleased with.”

“I rent my place and a power outage caused my fridge to break down, but my freezer still worked. After watching videos and reading as much as I could to see what was wrong I decided it took more skill than I had. I rent, so I texted my landlord and they got me an appt with AOK. It was the weekend, so I wasn’t really surprised they couldn’t come until Tuesday, but they said they’d shoot for earliest for me. Logan got here and fixed everything so fast! He was so kind and joked with me, and explained what happened with my fridge and what the problem was. I couldn’t believe how quickly he got it all done, and the price was totally reasonable for what he did. He even told me to have a safe move (I’m moving at the end of the month). Thanks, Logan! I finally have my ice maker working again and everything is COLD! :)”

“I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the customer service at the Chets rental in Rochester Hills Michigan. I am disabled I had 220 pound propane tanks needed to be filled no sooner than I pulled around to the filling station. David was there to greet me and pull out the tanks himself to begin the filling process. If that wasn’t wonderful enough out of the rental office came Kevin, who saw that I was using a walker and offered to expedite payment saving me the walk into the office and back to my car. David also reloaded my tanks and made sure they were soundly secure for my drive home. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate going to a business establishment with people who really care and put the customers needs on a higher level. Thank you David and Kevin. “I had a wonderful experience with Noble. Chris was incredibly helpful at picking out the best washer for my needs. I had very specific dimensions that the washer had to fit, and I was impressed by the selection. I ended up choosing a Speed Queen based on Chris’ recommendations. I was told they were a little busy with deliveries so I wouldn’t get an install until end of January, but they were able to get it to me almost 2 weeks early. I paid for install and haul away of my old washer, which I thought was a great deal compared to what I would have paid through a big box store. The guys who delivered were very friendly and got the install done quickly. Special thanks to the person who coordinated the delivery for me for providing updates when I called. I highly recommend going to Noble! They really care about their customers.”
