Ordered two double roast beef, managed to get that order wrong somehow but replaced it with the correct sandwich. The music is unbearably loud and half the restaurant is blocked off, can't get your own drinks, or sauces. Asked for my soda without ice, tons in there. Since you're forced to sit on the small side of the restaurant you're basically right next to the restrooms. An employee came out and used the restroom then propped the door open which made the music even louder, had a headache by the time we left and we were only in there 10 minutes. In that time they managed to mess up 3 or 4 orders...probably wouldn't be so bad if they could actually hear you/themselves.

Just not up to par. We ordered the two for six fish sandwiches 2 for 6 roast beef 2 for 6 fish sandwiches with cheddar and waited for them to be fresh. Lettuce was wilted cheese sauce was only on one side of the sandwich glopped fish sandwiches we're barely warm. Asked for Arby's sauce didn't get any. They didn't even put napkins in the bag. I will say that the person that took the order was friendly and smiled.

Highly inconvenienced. Went here and the inside was closed instead of a worker explaining why they were closed inside they all sat and stared at us like we were dumb. What a major disservice to customers. In a great location but can't open it's doors during the day. I most likely will never come back here because of this. You should never look at a customer the way they did. And when online says your open you should be open. Had 6 people with me and they lost business from all 6 of us

I give reviews when and where it’s due. I was having problems with my app order and the young gentleman was patient AND even started making my food so when it finally worked, it was ready! He was so nice! Thank you!

Restaurant was clean however the majority of the seating area was blocked off and the trash cans along with it. The food was mediocre at best. The fries weren't hot (we ate in restaurant) they also weren't crispy. For the cost of eating at Arby's this just did not cut it, I won't be back.

Placed an order got home was missing a sandwich. Went To get the sandwich replaced, they replaced my whole order. Mistakes happen, but this place stands up to their mistakes and goes above and beyond very rare in the fast food industry. Kudos to the management.

We had to wait for one of the wraps to be made. We were not asked what size fries or drink we wanted, so they chose to give us large sizes. It would have been cheaper just to go into a local restaurant.

(Ordering boneless wings) At the front when I ordered my food, I got asked Hot, Honey, or BBQ..I ordered hot and wasn't told that it was "Hot Honey BBQ".. Normally I would just ask for it to be changed, but the big blonde kid at the front desk copped am attitude with me before I even asked my question..I didn't want them but they were surprisingly good, terrible service although.Vegetarian options: Don't ask these guys questions they get aggravated...Dietary restrictions: Don't ask these guys questions they get aggravated...Kid-friendliness: Don't ask these guys questions they get aggravated...
