I have been with State Farm Insurance for a lifetime, and working with the Art Donovan Agency for over 20 years. Most of my interaction has been with his son Jeff, who treats me like I'm the only client he has! He has great answers, ways to save money and increase coverage, and has the best follow-through of anyone I've worked with. He is professional and personable, but frankly... everyone on their staff I talk to is the same! It must be the culture there to treat everyone as a friend, and everyone as the only client they have. Jeff, Art, and then entire team - I thank you for your years of terrific service.

Jeff is very professional, helpful and friendly. I recently called with a matter that needed processing. He promptly sent me the forms I needed. I signed and returned the forms and Jeff acknowledged them and started the required processing immediately.

We have been customers of Arts office for over 30 yrs. Have never regretted our decision to be covered by State Farm. Recently I needed assistance with a policy. Greg, I thought help me acquire coverage for my small part time heating and cooling business. Unfortunately Covid hit and Company really didn’t take off. So let me say I was surprised when State Farm gave an audit stating that the company owes for a income that I didn’t make. Tried talking to Greg about this matter and they still are billing me at a income they are aware was not met. I feel the matter was handled well.
