I love everything about this office. I felt great from the minute I walked in. I really enjoyed the staff. I was treated just wonderful. I had fun speaking with the two girls in the front. This entire office works really hard together. This office created my first set off dentures. I am on cloud nine with my teeth. They are even better than I expected. This is the kind off office you look forward to. Did I mention how much I love my smile. Thank you, Aspen, for the best location ever! Barbara

I called office twice to cancel appointment . talked to somebody and left message the second time. they still text me to confirm appointment . now a lady called me and said I confirmed appointment,when I said I canceled appointment twice she hung up on me. I will never go back to them and I will tell everyone I know not to use them.

Dr.Nofar is the most amazing doctor, very professional. I was extremely satisfied with my visit & cannot thank the doctor & staff enough. Highly recommend him! All of my friends & family have been referred to him as well. Thank you so much for all of your hard work & knowledge!

Fantastic, friendly, excellent dentists, out of the world staff, fantastic prices. Every step was explained in advance. I was told the price in advance. No additional charges. I won't go anywhere else after how I was treated and the quality of work on the bridge I had replaced.

My experience at Aspen Dental could not have been better. The staff is friendly and communicated very well. My hygienist Brooklyn did an amazing job with my cleaning. Doctor Khalil was wonderful. She was able to answer all of my many questions and made my visit to the dentists a great one.

I must say Aspen Dental did right by me. When I was in pain and in need of a dentist they didn't hesitate to tell me to come in, didn't make me wait for some long period of time, they saw me right away and I truly appreciated that. They took the time to access my issues with my teeth and they discussed each option with me and let me make my own decision and not try to scare me into a procedure that I wasn't comfortable with. I would definitely recommend anyone that I to run not walk to see the wonderful staff at Aspen Dental

PLEASE LISTEN and BEWARE!!!I was scammed out of $600!!!Shahada Aziz- the office manager was horribly horribly rude to myself and my husband.Long read but it's worth it:I originally went 1 year ago to have my wisdom teeth removed and an implant placed. That is a long process so I had plenty of time to pick up on red flags, but didn't listen. My mistake!1st visit, we pay up front $500 for everything and talked to the OWNER who assured my husband and I that it would be NO MORE. So I take off work, my husband takes off work, we get a sitter. When we arrive the surgeon said it will be $750 MORE just in case I need a bone graph...just in case?!?! I was told I wouldn't need one and not to worry. Should've walked away there but I was in pain so we "worked something out" with the office and I get my surgery.A few months later I come in for the 1st step of my implant. Awful procedure- gave me too much laughing gas so they had to slap me awake but nice assistants. They said the would follow up with my in a few months for my next apt. They called me 6 month later....and left a voicemail for my next appointment. No follow up. Life goes on (full time working parent who of course forgot) so today I drive by and realized I haven't made my next appointment but I ALREADY PAID for it so I call to schedule. Shahada (office manager) answers and I introduce myself and say why I'm calling...nobody says anything...to the point where I'm like...hello? And she goes "oh I'm still here"....then why aren't you talking lol. I explain that I'm overdue for my appointment and I'd like to schedule it since I've paid and have the credit.She cuts me off and says "you don't have any credits, you were refunded"......I instantly let her know that I know for a FACT I HAVE NOT as I would've notice $700 showing back up magically in my account. She said to me "if you paid better attention to you credit card you would see it has been refunded"She said I was refunded in June of 2022 and that accounts with money automatically get refunded after 180 days if it's not touched...but my last visit was October 5th of 2022...that's 97days after June 2022? Not 180? Make that make sense??She kept saying "You know this is a recorded line" like I HOPE IT IS because I'm saying nothing bad and you're digging yourself into a hole of lies???!!!She said "you can talk to the owner if you'd like" and I said "actually yes I would like to" to which she said "oh well she's out of town getting married, she's gonna love to come back to this"I was obviously upset and SHOCKED that the manger would talk to a customer this way?!?!I work in customer service and would NEVER complain or treat someone the way she did with me today.I asked her where do I go from here because I was never refunded that money that is rightfully mine?!?! She originally said that I could show her my bank statements (which, why would I show a random office manager my personal information) then when my husband asked her later on she claimed she never said that...listen back to the call "Dear" as she kept calling me in a condescending tone.She basically said it isn't her problem and to follow up with my bank, which I DIDNot only do my bank statements NOT show a refund but they also said that an amount of that size would have for sure shown up in my e statements and account. They said it would be up to the business to replenish the funds through their end.I was now told that there is nothing they can do until Friday. So you can bet I will be there everyday until I receive the money that is rightfully mine!They called me twice in the course of 10 months (once to let me know I was overdue for an implant, once to let me know I was due for cleaning). Everyone here are awesome! I have been through the mill with dentists in my past 60 yrs and spent a lot of $$$ all for not until— I came to Aspen Dental!! I finally got my monies worth and then some!! Willing to listen, readily available and super talented. Right from the receptionist through every position and definitely the doctors themselves. Excellent.

The guys & gals here are just the best! They obviously love there job and it shows. I can't thank them all enough for educating, being patient with me: and gently taking me through this life changing process of having teeth. "Dentures" if your out shopping for this service. Or seeing commercials for other places. Skip all that! Just go to them! Truly thank you.Lou~
