My husband was with AT&T for over 10 years. We tried to port the number. It took two weeks to work after 4 passwords, just in time to roll another bill over and charge for another month. They argued with me about the "polcy" That being if they can cheat you thrpugh the next bill cycle. You owe them for the whole month. Thieves! Verizon has always been fair with billing issues. For 20 years. Don't use AT&T. Not only that, you can't understand the customer service representatives. They aren't from the USA, and they don't understand our customer service culture. As in, we don't pay for service we don't get. I am going to small court just based on principle.

10/10 - offered quick, effective, intelligent communication. Got me the answer I needed with great customer service. Didn’t beat around the bush or push me into services I didn’t need.

AT&T is a terrible company, do not do business with them. We cancelled our business account with them and, they continued billing us for 6 months unbeknownst, when I called to get this refunded, they blamed us and only gave back two months worth. It took me 2 1/2 hours and 3 different reps. I will never do business with them, they are ridiculous!

Great Customer service. Rod helped us in setting up our phones, we were having trouble porting our numbers to AT&T and he was with the customer care for almost close to 2 hours and helped us and made sure everything is working.

Fantastic service at the AT&T store at 39533 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, MI. Downloaded the latest update for my replacement phone. Also the info from ICloud from my old (lost) phone. My thanks to J. Raied who did all of this for me.
