Usually, when I shop at this location, it's a good experience. However, today 12/23/23, not so much. I went in this morning to purchase a back wiper blade for my car. I asked the gentleman working if he would put it on for me and he said he would. We went to my car and noticed I needed the arm too. He ordered it from another store and within an hour, the part was in. When I arrived at the store, there was a different person working. I asked if he could put in on for me and he said he didn't know what it "entailed" and "we don't do that." There weren't any customers in the store at the time. Well, this is the fourth wiper arm/blade that I've purchased within a year and the salesperson has always put it on for me. A young lady works there on Sundays and she's done it for me and it took less than three minutes. The salesperson today also said he had a tooth pulled that morning so maybe he didn't feel like it and it would have been better had he said that. I will go to another PepBoys, show my receipt and have my wiper arm installed.

Just a super friendly shop. I'd rather go to the 14 Mile location than the 19 Mile location. They are always in a better mood and way more helpful. Too much craziness at the Northern store.

We were on a long trip and our check engine light came on we pulled off and a mechanic told us it was going to cost $400 after talking with Darlene and associates with a few dollars in a air cleaner we're on our way!

For the love of God. Get some people who know something about cars.She actually told me there is no one there who's touched a car's brake line before.What, exactly, are you doing in the parts business?! Not selling parts, you're gonna pay more in returns because your workers know nothing.How is this a viable business location?Do better. You can hire people with more knowledge than that sad excuse for customer service.

This place is inside entering right underneath the Pep Boys sign. I originally came in on October 3 Because the battery I bought eight months earlier was not holding a charge. When I brought it in the older white haired man said it was fine and complained that if I had a good battery and he tried returning it they would ask him why. Moving forward about six weeks I went to N & N auto service. Thinking it must be another problem he put the battery tester on there and said no it was the battery. So at this point I proceed back to Auto Value parts store but this time talking to Don Rossi, he was extremely honest and helpful and was quite upset with the gentleman that originally help me for turning me away with a bad battery. Because of the service I received today from Don I will leave a five star. But if you go in and there's an older gentleman with white hair and usually a red shirt do not trust his advice. In fact I would recommend the gentleman that served me the first time actually be fired he does not do justice to the name of this place.
