Monica and Christina are AMAZING. I’ve had many not so great experiences at this store in the past and I’m so happy to see some new management in there. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, which seems to be rare with customer service these days.
Edit-I went back in expecting the same great ladies and service of my previous visit,and my experience was the complete opposite from that. The rude lady that was at the counter(Glasses/curly light colored hair/no name tag/so no name to mention) was rude from the second I walked up to the counter.For someone who works in customer service,they seem to hate people. I will not be returning to this location or maybe any after this incident. Wherever those nice ladies are,Autozone is doing themselves a disservice by not having them there.

Used to be my favorite autozone, last few weeks it's been awful. I'd rather go to O'Reilly at this point.

I been coming to this location for 10 years i love to come here when was the manager norm this guy was helpful and friendly but the people comes after him they are not helpful and not friendly so that's why I change my rating from 5 star to one

Absolute horrible customer service. I have never seen an angrier person work at a store designed for customer service and to help those with all types of car troubles. Tony W read the man’s name tag that was the main representative at the front desk. I thought someone working the cash register was supposed to be polite. We politely greeted the man said “Hi, how are you” before proceeding with our question, the man did not respond to the greeting. Answered only our question with attitude in which I let go and we went into the store to find the item. Asked another question and still same attitude. Asked to take out spray can caps to match to the vinyl car project we are working on. He says “yeah sure” with once again attitude, rolling his eyes, and proceeds to shake his head with a disgusting look on his face. I finally asked him “what is the problem”, and he looked at me shocked like he wasn’t sure why I was talking to him. He says “we don’t usually let that happen” I said “okay then you can say no, you don’t need to have an attitude and shake your head when you’re allowing it” he said “i’m doing him a favor and I can shake my head if I want to for america.” I said “well then do a favor without being rude about it or say no if you want to nicely” he said “well I can tell him to bring it back in” at this point he did not care about customer service and only about making the other customer laugh in front of him and I told him “we will be fine” and walked out while my fiancé walked back in to purchase the item he chose. By this interaction, you can only imagine the rudeness I had to deal with while simply coming to a store for one item. The point is do not place people in customer service who are not made for it and do it willingly everyday.

I was towed into AutoZone due to a battery problem with my 03 Explorer. Logan replaced the battery for me, excellent service, and I am back on the road again.

The store manager Heather, was so helpful today. She installed my battery, and used equipment to reset the prompts in my car after. She was patient, kind, courteous, and friendly. The store was clean and they had exactly what I needed.

I just don’t understand this person. His name is Tony. M. Always always he have an attitude when you ask him anything there is attitude. Is there one of the example I return ??? to him and he asked me which car I told him I’m not sure which car but you can check under under my phone number will find it and after hi found it, I asked him a questioncalled Which car and his answer was I don’t know at this point. I’m just gonna return it. This person has an attitude and I had to call Corporate twice Last year. I don’t know what’s wrong with this person. If he have a problem at home just guys explain him leave your problems at home. This is Business location.

They were friendly and helpful! They couldn't take the battery because it was leaking but they let me wash my hands.
