It was pouring down rain in the middle of the day and our windshield wipers went. We rushed to Auto Zone and the great sales lady came out-got really wet and changed our wipers expertly. Thanks Auto Zone. Your the best.

There was no help the guy behind the counter was not helpful and looking at us like a bunch of criminals.and I was looking to buy antifreeze for my Cadillac 2022 .I so disappointed of my visit and will never go back there.if he don't won't to work just give it to someone else who will work.

Wish I could rate zero stars. I purchased tail light bulbs for my truck from a different store and ended up not needing them. Came to this store to return them and the manager, tall bald guy, looked at my receipt next to the clerk, and told me no to go return it back to that original store. No explanation on why he would not accept my return. I do not go by that other store often at all. Horrible experience with this store on many occasions with this one individual. I work across the street and he wanted me to purchase their bulk stock of parts they couldn’t sell so I think he’s mad I wouldn’t pay for parts we would never use or sell. Absolutely unacceptable. Heather, I hope something happens with this guy because this is unacceptable.

The gal that put my battery in was great. It was cold and windy and she was very friendly even under those conditions. Hpe the battery is as good as their service.
