Customers always look over your receipt, this store notorious for charging the non-sale price. Happens to me way to frequently.

I believe that these apples have apeel on them. A simple web search shows they (the company of the apple, Stemilt) stop the use of apeel in 2023 but I think there are pass out the apeel apples they could not sell. The people that work at better health did take these back. And no complaints to the people working here.

I would like to share my experience with this location. I agree with the reviewers who state some of the staff here are incredibly rude. How are you miserable working at a health food store??The older female cashier was so rude! She was signing me up for the rewards program and refused to take my ID to get my personal information. I offered it to her because she was asking questions like how to spell my name multiple times. She very rudely waved it away and said, “No, no. Just tell me.” That’s annoying to have to keep repeating myself and giving all my info verbally when you can just get it from my ID!She asked me how to spell my name SO many times. My name is JESSICA. Very common and I shouldn’t have to repeat the spelling multiple times. It seems like she was intentionally being annoying. She was flagrantly condescending, dismissive, rude. When I first walked up to check out, she scowled like I was bothering her. By all means, I won’t be back! Don’t be upset if your store winds up closing from loss of business due to poor customer service.

When I find a place of business I like I tend to become loyal customers first couple of visits was cliche but after today completely over it being women of color tired of being watched and having to deal with awkward encounters taking my business elsewhere

I LOVE this Better Health Market!! It has expanded since I've been going there and it's always getting better & better. I especially love the people who work there--Marie is so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. She has a warm, positive energy!!! She always answers all of my questions and helps me find what I am looking for. She is very smart and helpful. I appreciate her so much!! I also appreciate the amazing food that Eva prepares every day. I look forward to going to this store. It's a great and positive experience!!!!

My wife and I have been shopping at this Better Health location for many years and I've found it to be an outstanding store with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Eva is always cooking up something amazing in the kitchen and her burgers are out of this world. This is my favorite health food store hands down.

Usually I have a pleasant experience here, but today the new cashier lady was extremely rude. She should not be dealing with the public, period. She offered no help, just rude, smart alecky comments about everything. Why does this store hire people like this? People who obviously hate their jobs and don't like dealing with the public. No greeting when I walked in, either. She did everything in her power to make my shopping experience as uncomfortable as possible. Luckily she caught me on a good day.

I want to give a good shout out to Better Health and especially the people they have at this location...they be the best...06 ? Google review for them,lol and a special 10 ? for Marie; who helped me approx 10 years ago, when on deaths door from the food and medical system in this country almost did me in...she helped me make good choices on my journey back to...what else Better Health, lol.One must still do due diligence and their homework for not everything is healthy per se there but am grateful for a place to make healthier choices that ya can't get at your average toxic food grocery stores.Hope corporate also recognizes the good people they have and compensate appropriately.... ?.Hope Better Health stores stick around and expand for there is not a lot of alternatives to go to in this area. Thanks ✌

I was there today at 3:09pm today with my husband to buy shampoo, usually we don’t have any issues with this location but today was a different experience.. the cashier that was working was extremely unprofessional. We was waiting to cash out for nearly 10 minutes while she carried on her conversation with another customer. Afterwards no hi, hello, or how are you.. No apologies either. I live closer to this location but I will not be supporting this location anymore. Customer service is everything. I hate to say it but she was bias towards me and my husband and it showed. Do better please. That type of treatment is not tolerated everywhere. She caught me on a good day so we just walked out without causing a seen.

Be very careful buying items here. They don't take off shelf when item is expired. I went to buy two different items yesterday. One expired in January and one in December!!! That is really poor. Not sure I will be back.

I should’ve trusted my gut and not stopped here after reading the other reviews. This place is much smaller with less variety than the other stores. Not sure if the guy there was a manager but he couldn’t even bother to greet his customers. The cashier was less than pleasant as well. I inquired about the 20% off (non sale items) that I ALWAYS automatically get upon checking out at other stores and was asked if I had a coupon. I told her I didn’t because I thought it was automatically applied if you’re a member. She said NOONE does that and acted like I was crazy for asking. The coupon is in the monthly sales paper, which was probably feet away near the entrance but she couldn’t be bothered to type in the code to give me the discount. I’m tempted to return the $100 of items purchased. And won’t be returning to this location afterwards.
