Tracey is the best! I have been in my unit for several years and my rent keeps going up, so she helped me to get my rent reduced to a reasonable rate. Thank God for her and the patients she has with the customers. God bless you Tracey!!!

Tracey was incredibly helpful! We were looking into renting a different unit than the one we already have and she gave me all of the information that I needed, as well as went above and beyond to help us when something wasn't working.

Tracy is so wonderful and informative! We have been struggling to pay our rent because it keeps going up more and more, but after speaking to her and telling us what would happen if we continued to have trouble, she offered to reduce our rent, and it went through!!!! I moved into my unit 4 years ago, when it was still Simply Storage. I chose them even though they were a little out of the way because they were clean, friendly, and affordable, with an abundance of carts and longer access hours than most. A few months in Public Storage took over. Access hours were immediately 2 hours shorter and within 90 days my rent went up. It has continued to go up countless times. I am now paying more than TWICE as much as I was when I moved in. Even so, Martin, the manager, though a little odd, was friendly and obsessive about cleanliness and keeping track of those carts. I've been out of state for the better part of the last year and, when I returned to PS, I was shocked! Martin is gone and the people who have replaced him have been apathetic at best. Even more upsetting is the mess. The bathroom is badly in need of a cleaning, with its wet paper and muddy footprints and the lingering smell. The bay floor is streaked with dried mud and there are piles of trash in the elevators. I've been there 3 times in the last week and I've seen 1 cart, one time. One of those times the building was empty but there was not a single cart to be found. I've scheduled my move-out. For what we're being charged, I expect more. Do better, PS. A clean facility and polite staff are the least you can do for $1.30/sqft.
