My mom was just discharged from the hospital Friday with oxygen. I stopped by the Sterling Heights Binsons with some questions about her order, including a part she had not yet received. They were so incredibly helpful! They gave me all the information I needed as well as an extra oxygen tank. They truly went above and beyond. Nicholas, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented.

Christina made me feel welcome. Her greeting and personality made me feel very comfortable during my visit.Jim was prompt and courteous. He made me feel good being patient with me and listening to me babble.Overall, it was a very pleasant visit plus getting in and out quickly.

Patricia S. Took good care of me today explaining all the ends and outs to my new CPap machine. Fantastic person well informed and training a new person to boot! Couldn’t ask for a better person in the cpap department, she deserves a raise!!!!!

My doctor ordered a nebulizer machine for me almost two years ago and this company says it was delivered but I never received it. Or someone stole it. Can my doctor order me a another one?.

I was just at your Sterling Heights location, and I have to say they made me feel comfortable and welcome and could not be more professional. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and very polite. The young lady went out of her way to show me how the device I received worked and also help program it for me, I definitely would recommend this location to all my family and friends

I was helped with an equipment problem by Marci Taylor. Listen up management! You need more employees like her! Marci was so helpful, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. Plus, she nailed down the problem I was having and set me on the way to solving it. Such a pleasure working with her!Thank yoiu Marci!

Don't try to call this place it's absolutely the worst. I called twice to inquire about CPAP supplies. Information was given then put back on hold for eternity only to be shot to somebody else who shot me back to CPAP and then was hung up on. Totally inept and frustrating personnel. Do not go here.

Horrible business does not even deserve one star Still waiting on a refund after their girl told me my brace wasn't covered and it was and had the nerve to get crappy with me when I questioned it. Go anywhere but here

The costumer service is great! I needed help getting tubing off our portable nebulizer. Nick was able to get it undone with some ingenuity and ordered me new supplies which will be here tomorrow!

The Sterling Heights location is dysfunctional. I went in to pick up a sleep apnea machine. My appointment was at 12 noon I arrived at 11:23. Only one person was taken back, then an elderly couple signed in at 12:03. At 12:10 an employee name Adam came out and took the elderly couple. Well, I'm elderly too, but I'm African American and they were White. The manager said there was nothing he could do. Let's call a spade a spade.

Binson’s went above and beyond with my prescription order for a home Nebulizer machine. Instead of having to go to the company and pick it up they promptly shipped it to me and when it came it had a manufacturer defect and they promptly shipped me another and a prepaid shipping label to ship the defective one back. Exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Binsons for all your medical equipment needs. They make it easy. Thank you Binsons.

Highly recommended - YES they are BUSY but the Office staff was helpful to me and Jim did a great job explaining my orthotics and fitting me for them, office staff doing as well as possible I think all while pulling triple duty (normal phone calls, also handling insurance issues and trying to read Dr handwriting ?, clients that are in medical distress and many times in pain, tough job for sure but thanks for doing it folks) overall the store and parking lot looked clean and everyone was helpful. Again, pretty tough and mostly thankless job dealing with all of us coming in being upset about medical conditions, so I just wanted to say, THANK YOU ALL ?
