I truly cannot say enough great things about Gina. She is absolutely amazing! I went to Gina a little over a week ago for a haircut. I have always had long hair but have always struggled with a good style. Gina took time during the consultation to help me achieve the look I desired. She explained how to style my hair too! My long hair looks healthy, beautiful, and is easy to style! I have been to many stylists, however, Gina is the first one I have met who not only is knowledgeable about long hair but enjoys styling long hair. If you are looking for a stylist and have or want long hair, Gina is amazing! She is very kind and patient with any questions. I look forward to going back to Gina!

The responses from the owner to some of these really heartfelt complaints is concerning. The owner should be more empathetic. Very prideful responses, blaming the customer instead of being apologetic and offering people their money back. If someone gets a bad hair color, they do not want to go back to that same salon. Just accept responsibility, Apologize, make it right by refunding. I won't go here because of this. It's obvious the owner blames the customer, didn't accept any responsibility in any of these one star reviews. Sorry, these reviews are legit. Looking for a salon that cares, not in blaming the customer when they speak up.

I recently went to Bocci, and due to some unforeseen circumstances, had to do a lot of rescheduling and last minute changes. Jordyn reached out to me personally to assure me that family comes first and she’d be willing to work with my schedule to find a time and day that worked.
The service itself was 10/10. She is so bubbly and knowledgeable with her suggestions. She listened to what was important to me and worked her magic. I left feeling confident in my hair, myself, and that I had found my long-term stylist. Thank you Jordyn!

They don’t even deserve a star,
I got hired in this place to be their assistant those stylists wherever they call their names. They didn’t even call me telling me they’re not interested. They keep me waiting for nothing. Honestly there is no professional with those stylists . I would never recommend this place to get anything done.

Got my hair cut a few weeks ago and I love it .she gave me the chunky layers all over. It's been one of the funnest hair styles I've ever had so my diffrent ways I've worn it and so many compliments. Thanks 👓 glasses

Gina was honest and genuine. Helped me save money on my IBE extensions by offering a one row method instead of the two I was wearing. My hair lasts a full year which is incredible!! If you want honesty, quality and not to be sold check her out!
