They did ask for my receipt, thankfully I kept mine and was able to find it after all these years, so definitely hold onto yours. Even if you don’t have it, I’m confident they’d help you look it up in their system. The staff was extremely friendly, explained everything clearly, and handled the whole process with zero hassle.
